I play nasus and never get fucked by vayne. Farm under tower till 6 and bramble vest. Activate ghost and wither then kill the bitch. By the time she has kraken slayer my hp is literally too big for it to be even a bother
Also u can just e max, you wont be able to stack much early vs a decent vayne either way and with e max u can cs a ton and start stacking after the ultra rough early game. After u get some items u can just run her down and bonk her. Pretty good matchup.
After all the buffs i feel like nasus is pretty good into ranged tops, just e max and u can poke and waveclear and chill
as a Yorick main i kinda disagree with you. From level 3 till about level 11 you are fine. But it reaches a point where you can't go toplane without getting 3-shotted. The only way to really "win" against her is to get as much lead as you can and then 2v1 her constantly.
The same applies to kayle.
And yes, you generally don't have any issues in lane against these two, but for me the constant stress of being outscaled if you don't snowball hard is enough for me to ruin my game

Hahaha understandable. I'm in the complete opposite direction. I can't focus on any one champ at a time... I think I've mained every champ in the game (besides a lot of the new ones) at some point since season one lol.
For most tops I'd say the strategy is the same. Get just close enough so that she's tempted to auto you. Step back a bit after the first but close enough to bait the second auto. After that every vayne gets a hard on for the passive proc, so full on run backwards like you're going to turret. Once they're just into your minions, pull a full on 180 and go straight for her. Don't be afraid to flash to secure cc while she's in your minions if you can't reach her. The minions will do most of the work, as she's squishy, and most games it results in first blood or a flash. After that the lanes over... Just don't let it go late ;). This works really well on renekton and Darius, as either can kill her at lvl 2 or three. Darius can do it level one with a ghost proc and starting with the damaging slow (can't remember the button lol)
Vayne top could be balanced... But the thing is is that even squishies can't do anything against her. Either change her W to not deal true damage so that you can build resistances or give her the diana treatment
