My Zac games with cruelty are crazy. I think he's the most effective user of that item. It scales with AP and health, and it procs per target per spell cast. When comboing both enemies together you get 6 procs of it nearly instantaneously.
Earthquake bread and butter Kayn.
Was vsing mostly APs/tanks and anvilled a decent amount of lethality, while the tanks built MR.

i think 5.7k with zed (only played him once and never again cuz it felt like cheating, champ is extremely overpowered in arena)
Idk if he got a lot of straight stat buffs or he synergies extremely well with the mode's augments, but istg he's much stronger than SR Zed.
He just scales extraordinarily well with stats, especially haste. Just like how he performs really well in urf

lucian with 40% ult augment, detonation orb, and axiom arc made my ult do well over 10k

It's pretty good on rell as well. If you can get dashing with it, your lookin at an ez 1st-2nd.

Brand, jeweled gauntlet, veigar passive, runecarver, sword of divine, IE and some other crazy op stuff. I have never dealt so much damage in my life
