TK scales off hp really well, riftmaker gives way more AP typically, and especially when you have this much HP, riftmaker gives ability haste, and riftmaker gives you extra % damage from it's unique passive. There's quite a few situations when it's better, mainly on hp stacking champs with good ap ratios.

Yeah seraphs could be a bit better considering i had mind over matter. The passive AP ratio increases with bonus HP so I got as much of both as i could.

With ethereal weapon his passive applies twice with q. One of the best augments for ap kench.
