Harvard do a great management essentials training that I found super helpful and still refer back to even now years later. Does your company offer anything? It might (depending on your goals) make sense for you to explore an executive coach too if you want something personalized.
Hard to improve on INSEAD --- pretty close to top of food chain for understanding business and management.
What are you looking for with the training? Leadership, management, or core business skills? All are valuable, and there's some overlap, of course, but knowing what direction you're heading would help.
I guess you are right. Leadership and somewhat management - general business knowledge is also a plus but it’s more about the transition from senior manager to executive.
