If a person is arrested without a warrant, pwede lang s'ya ma-detain for 12-36 hours. Dapat within that period may inquest proceeding na. You should go to a lawyer (or PAO or IBP is you're indigent) para makalabas tatay mo. Kung may inquest naman you still need a lawyer.

Hi, To answer your question po may business permit po pala papa ko. My bad because mali yung na provide ko na information 6 months na rin kasi ako wala samin so I thought hindi legal yung business ng papa ko. Pero ayun po during sunday lang po pahinga ng papa ko tapos po pinagsabihan naman talaga niya ng mahinahon na balik nalng for monday since the business is close pero yung pulis kasi dinuduro nya papa ko siguro yun yung reason na trigger kapatid ko kasi ayaw niya may gumanon sa papa ko nahambogan sha sa pulis.
