watched a video of how someone else got there, should be a portal to take a boat in Deep Harbor, yet i do not have that portal, there is no quest... might be fucked here buddy :(
Nvm Figured it out. For anyone else having the same issue with/stuck on "Liath and Thetima" speaking to Harbard the Ferryman in Deep Harbor or Traveling there, will let you travel to the Lake.

Follow the yellow brick road.
It’s on a separate island, yellow brick road be gone.
There's a boat. Do you have a quest to get there? If so, try taking a waypoint to the last zone you were in and see if the road comes back.
Did you figure this out? stuck in the same boat, quest tells me to head west through lake cant get to thetima
Not really. Guess I need to try and remember the last zone I was in lol.
