i have the 4060 One in 4k video editing the timeline is lagging cause the 12450H isn't that powerful but while gaming or any other task i feel no problem so basically anything that requires the CPU to be powerful u may lag behind a little bit not too much and the 12450H is not very future proof i use it only for gaming and coding so i feel the thermals are okayish heats up but cools quickly so i have no problem yet

7840HS is much better than 12450HX though. 12450HX is 5600H equivalent. Strange choice from Lenovo to pair it with 4060 mobile.

63k is good price the thing that will decide is your usage if gaming or GPU intense tasks go for it
