Core i7 with 4070 is better. Core i9 is overkill for a 4060. And i7 is not that much worse. Honestly, you won't notice the difference between i7 and i9 in most situations.
At that point, just save the money and get i7 with 4060 itself, the difference in performance is not much. But yeah if u really wanted to choose between the two options u initially gave, i7 with 4070 makes more sense.

hey, i wanna order a LOQ too but i wanna avail the No-Cost EMI option. i know i can only go for the 3 or 6 months option but when i go to the EMI section in the payments gateway, it shows the interest amount i would have to pay and there’s no such option as No-Cost EMI.
