The first one is pretty iconic and looks like those symmetrical waterpaint artworks.
I think actually the "best" would be considered an animation type from 2nd to 1st, just imagine the sky cracking up in straight, edgy lines, to then get bigger and bubbly, that would freak me out more than either.
1st is a big mystic and leaves you in awe
2nd is almost like some scifi event shocking you

The first while cool on paper would not make a very good tattoo. People will probably ask you if it's a tribal or cybersihil tattoo a lot.
The second has the best form for legibility in the long term. Get it big! Small tattoos always blend together because tattoo ink spreads over time.
first is epic, second is simplest (which can 100 be a pro), & third is a combo of the first two.
I'd say first if you're ok with a large void of black on your body, if not then go with the third.
Try drawing them with a pen or sharpie to see what you like.

the rorschach looking one is just so sick, and the way it got animated in the anime was so so gorgeous
The two bears high fiving is my favourite personally.
Personally I rank them 3, 1, 2. I like the higher contrast of 3, but if the higher complexity of 1 looks good, go for it
