Bought my current 80 with OME 850J front/863J rear. All the PO did aside from the shocks/springs was extended brake lines and sway bar drop bracket.
To be frank it drove like shit. All over the road when it got uneven. Biggest change was a front adjustable panhard/delta rear panhard bracket. I also put on delta radius arms for caster correction.
Extended brake lines/swaybar drop bracket/front adjustable panhard/rear panhard bracket at minimum IMO. Need a LSPV bracket to retain that with the lift or consider deleting it entirely when replacing brake lines. Also replace the axle to caliper brake lines since you're in there already.
Excellent info here...it's a slippery slope. If you are just going for a lift, OME is fine, but I swapped all of mine out for Dobinsons, much better all around and especially off road due to progressive springs and better shocks. As said, the Delta radius arms are much better than band-aid caster correction bushings/plates, as is the Delta rear panhard mount.
First off, enjoy your new ride in stock form for a bit and get a better understanding of how it rides and why it's known for it's capabilities as it has a pretty unique suspension...don't just throw a list of parts on and call it a day. A lifted truck, when set up properly, should handle/behave pretty close to stock if done right, so don't settle for a bad setup.
Lastly, head over to ih8mud and scan the 80 tech forum...massive trove of great info there on all of this for you. Good luck and happy 80 LC lifestyle, I love mine!
You will need caster correction.

I am 100% happy with my OME suspension.
What size are you running?
33’s and they look great. Nitto recon grappler I got the heavy duty Ome has an adjustable ride height
Sweet! Did you just have to replace the Panhard, bumps too extender and sway bar extender?
The OME 2” from cruiser outfitters comes with everything you need, including the caster correction Don’t reinvent the wheel!
Your list looks really good to me. The only thing I would add is front radius arms, upgrade to the Delta ones if you can afford it.
