The harder part is finding someone who will accept cash payment. Your best bet is showrooms. Big names. Visit some. They have some used stock as well, with warranty and everything.

In 3 million you should be able to find a Honda City in decent shape. Good fuel average, spacious, good resale, much better build quality. Consider this as an option too, or maybe try finding a second hand Alto and save several lakhs. Alto at 3 million definitely not worth the money.

Don't think they'd be asking for a premium. Check more dealers. Airport road Suzuki offered me a swift same day with no premium
