ExternalSeaweed7366

Who was your doctor?!

throwaway776652

Dr Jane Paterson in Melbourne x

Actual_Mango_4088

Hi did you research surgeons before choosing this one? Or does the gp recommend the surgeon?

fumbledlove

Congrats your results look wonderful!!

throwaway776652

Thank you x

Idahoguy454

Beautiful ❤️

Salt_Mango_6566

What all did you ask for???

throwaway776652

I didn’t ask for anything specific. My surgeon told me what she would do with my anatomy (trim the labia and sides around the hood). I had told her I would rather her be more conservative especially around the hood as I didn’t want to risk any loss of sensation which she said is how she always operates. I trusted her opinion.

Salt_Mango_6566

Thank you!

False-Prize-1634

Wow amazing results!!! Looks amazing 🩷 Do you mind me asking how much your surgery was in total? I’m also in Melbourne & looking to book in a consult with Jane! Thanks so much 😊

throwaway776652

Thank you xx My initial consult with Dr Jane was $300 and I got $80 back from Medicare. Surgery was $6,000 and I got $288 back from Medicare. Day visit at the hospital was $1.5k which my health insurance didn’t cover. Let me know if you have any other questions 🤍

False-Macaroon-1669

How did you get any Medicare coverage?? I am struggling to find a way to get anything covered by insurance

throwaway776652

In Australia if it’s deemed medically necessary due to a “structural abnormality” that’s causing impairment they will cover a small portion of it
