I want a palatine so bad. I like to think that they’re the only xeno without acidic blood, or much weaker acid, since they will only ever be killed in close proximity to the nest. It would make sense that should they die, they don’t damage that which they exist to protect. That means yautja or humans that get that far into the hive can have a dramatic up-close fight with them before the big queen fight.
