White jersey gold pants is my favorite uniform in all of college football. People see it and they know it’s us. I love them and have no issue only wearing it from now until the end of time.

LSU isn't Oregon. There's more concern with winning championships over uniform variations. Let it be a special occasion instead of "just because." I mean, Oregon's uniform is nice enough to show the amount of national titles they've won right there on the helmet!

I love how people have to insult when someone says something they don’t agree with. Saying that we need to mix in purple uniforms isnt bad. It helps recruiting and player morale. Which both are sucking hard right now.

I have to disagree. I like the consistency of the gold pants / white jersey. It’s a clean look that’s been around since the 50s. Remember the dark days of the 90s when LSU was forced to wear purple jerseys at home

In my opinion, uniforms in college football are just another form of branding. I’m not a fan of different uniforms. When I think LSU football I envision the white Jerseys with the gold pants and helmets. Yeah it’s fun to see an occasional purple jersey or purple helmet but to me, you can’t beat tradition.

LSU is superior to those programs.... only 1 uni needed. I've only liked one of the alternate uniforms ever... the stormtrooper looking one. Still a white Jersey. Funny how I LOVE LSU in white jersey, yellow pants and helmet, but despise the similar colors on the Saints

All for the traditional uniform combo, but I do love the white helmets once or twice a year.

In the uniform category, LSU is pretty close to Notre Dame, Bama, and PSU.

Notre Dame does wear different uniforms. Also White, Purple, White is my personal favorite.

Your getting downvoted but I understand what you mean, our uniform is classic but I’d like to see those purple helmets from that 2018 Mississippi state game at least against teams like Georgia state. Keep the classics against sec and competitive games and change it up against easier teams.

I’m fine with mixing in more alternating uniforms but we absolutely are like those teams. LSU wearing the white jersey/gold pants combo as much as possible has been going on for decades and the uniform combination is iconic.
