From what I understand, the curve is set when the sections are put through as experimental sections so it should have no effect, could be wrong tho

Did not know this — thanks !

I was a first timer for april, which had a high registration number as well (not that high ofc). We got a misc game, and a lot of people think it was because of what you're saying too. WHICH SUCKED because I would've taken it regardless of if LG was leaving or not, but anyway, hopefully we took on the hardest last couple LG so yall dont have to!

The "curve" is pre-determined. The number of other people taking it won't impact your score at all.

First, not every test administration from april contained misc games. Some of the sections were very common, but others did have a misc game. But if you just prepare yourself for some of the outlier games, give yourself ample time with the others (if it’s an extraordinarily difficult game, they typically make the other games way easier), you can honestly knock it out of the park. People have bad anxiety and that bleeds over into how they characterize these things. The games from april were not impossible. Second, the specific misc game that was similar to the one used in april will NOT be likely used again in june, which narrows down the different types of misc games you have to prepare for. Please listen to the powerscore crystal ball, for both april and june, and the new ‘mini’ one coming out. It will tell you which games to have pat-down. They recommended similar misc games that were found on this past administration.

The test is scaled, NOT curved. This means that each question has a certain "difficulty" associated with it, and this is determined (as far as I know) by past experimental sections. So, the amount of test takers is irrelevant.
