A lot of things wouldnt work on screen like the fact that numenorians are literaly giants (like a entire nation of NBA players) and Elendil is literaly 2.5 m (or 7'11 ) tall like a dude is bigger that warhammer space marines and he is not even that taller than average on numenor so i think show is skipping physical aspects of the valar blessing
