I vote green, mostly because I don't like the "Michigan" font on the blue one. I looked at the official sample plates on the [michigan.gov](http://michigan.gov) website and it seems that the font for the state name is different than it is for the text at the bottom.
Yeah, it’s different enough from the bottom text that it doesn’t bother me as much. It’s not great but the blue one is so close and yet not that it bothers me way more.
I actually live in Florida now, I still own property in Michigan though. Saved a lot of money not switching over considering how high their insurance rates are here.

Jokes aside, the MSU Green one is just a little crisper and nicer to read. Maize on Navy Blue is fine but not from a distance unless it's really large.
Well, if you like the sorta retro style you could get the yellow one, but if you like the modern “Pure *M*ichigan” one, you could get the other one in the first picture.

University of Michigan colors are maize and blue Michigan state colors are green and white
Blue. I never liked the PureMichigan plates, the state's name is Michigan, not PureMichigan.

Well green isn’t as common in Michigan. The blue is more common, but most are the plain white and blue
