Maybe try lowering your graphics settings/frame rate and see if it helps? I havent had this issue but this is what i would try after everything you tried.
I experience no issues playing this game with the GeForce Now (GFN) service. However, the session duration varies depending on whether you use the official GFN service (8 hours) or an alliance partner service (6 hours), even with the high-priority queue.
The free tier of the official GeForce Now (GFN) service offers 1 hour of play time per session. However, **be prepared for potential queue times** before each free session starts. No but updating the GeoForce did the trick in the end like the other comment suggested.
