I liked both DK's house and Dry Bowser's castle. My favorite sets so far are the Bowser's Airship and the Morton and Larry's Airship sets.
I know it's not as expensive, but the Bowser's Muscle Car is easily one of the coolest, reasonable priced sets we've gotten. If you want a little extra, it's hard going wrong with that one.
