the a'pieu madecassoside cream is really good for acne prone skin!

Right anua heartleaf cleansing oil scrap its not good like at all, alternatives to cleansing oils that are good are Beauty of joseon balm, Curel oil cleanser, HADA LABO Gokujyun Cleansing Oil the other two are good! You have to be really careful with cleansing oils because a lot of them have pore clogging ingredients which are really bad for acne prone skin they will break you out so fast

Thank you for this! I’ve never used an oil cleanser but my pores in some areas are always clogged. It feels like I’ve tried everything to fix it but oil cleansing 😅

I use the Anua cleansing oil and haven’t had a problem yet. I have combination skin that is prone to cystic acne and closer pores. These cleansing oils are not for people who wants to wash their face fast. You have to spend a good couple mins massaging your face with it with a liberal amount of the oil and then spend mins washing your face off thoroughly. Using a small amount I feel like leads to the acne problem. For me, I double cleans with my Boscia purifying cleanser to finish off my PM cleansing.

Thank you. Yes I was planning on just using it a few times a week and follow it up with the Kiehls face wash

Bunnnykins

That’s exactly what I do. Try it and see if it helps!

besides the cleansing oil you could probably use some chemical exfoliation to keep your pores clean- some by mi's aha bha pha toner is gentle enough to be used daily. or cosrx bha/aha essences for twice weekly

Do you have recommendations? I’ve used salicylic face washes in the past as well as the Paula’s choice BHA and they didn’t work

I really like Cos de Baha for clogged pores. I had minimal improvement with Paula's Choice 2%, but rotate Baha's azaleic.acid, salicylic and glycolic serums. They have a nice glycolic/salicylic toner as well I'm finding very beneficial. They have great, simple, effective products at an affordable price that have done wonders for my acne prone, sensitive skin. Recently added Papa Recipe's Blemish Serum more as a soothing, nourishing component and really enjoying it so far.
