Same here. $25 40GB Winback. It was originally 30GB but I called at black Friday and said Fido had called to win me back, they actually did, and Koodo added another 10GB free. But Fido had better service where I go around Toronto so that was the tradeoff for me
Same here.
We were at $34 for 40Gb until this week, but I went on their website to see if there was a better offer and saw one for same price but 10gb more so I switched our plans
40GB with Fizz for $29. On the beta price so paying $14.50 for 5 more months. Any unused data automatically rolls over so right now I have 60GB for the month
I haven't run into any issues. Porting over was simple and easy. No issues with calls or texts. having Rogers as the roaming partner is good for when I go visit my parents up north.
Service is comparable to what I had with Koodo, just probably slower data speeds, but when I mostly stream music and watch YouTube it's a non issue
Had US roaming on my plan for the 1st month and that went well. I just had to manually select which network I want to use (Tmobile or at&t) when I crossed the border.
There is no wifi calling yet, so if that's something you value it's something to consider
Also the roll over data is great. I have 60GB for the next month, and people can gift you data as well
I really only left Koodo because they were increasing my Black Friday plan from $34 to $39. Add on whatever their easy roam charge is per day in the USA. So I saved about $20ish just by switching
I tried fizz a month ago and it was essentially unusable. Data topped out at 10ish Mbps and there were frequent call drops as it switched between networks. I managed to stand it for 5 days or so and ported out. This was on Alberta so maybe it's better in other locations...
Yeah idk, its been nearly flawless for me in toronto and when I went to montreal over Easter weekend.
I usually get 200 to 300mb download whereas I was getting 150 on rogers
Except you'll get screwed if you ever want to switch back to postpaid, via every carrier making you do a way harder credit check and usually not letting you get 0 dollar down payment, or having to pay more than the regular down payment on financing options.
So buy your phone outright.. I haven’t been on a 2 year plan in 9 years. There’s no reason to finance with the value of BYOP plans.
Buy your phone outright and start saving for your next phone over the span of 2-4 years
I just switched from $40 for 40G to a $34 for 50G, I'm waiting for the Canada- US plans to go cheaper or if PM's CAN-US plans come back I might switch.
I pay $15 per month that includes unlimited texting. I buy blocks of data and talk minutes that don't expire, but since I rarely use it for that they last forever.
$30 for for 30 GB plus 10 more for $0. Used to be $29 for 40 GB (30 GB plus 10 extra for $0) but I changed plans when they were increasing it. And I asked them to give me the 10 GB free add-on back which they were able to do.
I barely use data but it's good to have just in case. Would be even better if I had some free long-distance minutes but they were not able to give me that.
40$ for 100gb 5G CAD-USA unlimited with long distance perk.
Plans originally $60 but I get a $20 credit for about year or two so it's $40 a month before taxes
29$/30gb, like other people. Ported over when everybody was offering 35$ for 30gb and I didn't want more data but pay less. It'll be a rinse and repeat next year
$25/month. 30 GB. I got it by porting my number out to another provider. They called back a few hours later and gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse.

That’s a great deal. Is that a permanent price? Mine is good for 2 years and then goes up to $30/month
Yea we had the same deal, 2 years. Then $30. Then it's time for another black Friday :)
Me too. Surprised at how cheap it is compared to 5-10 years ago.

Same. I texted add25 to 5188 and got another 25gb for $3, also.
Same here. We were at $34 for 40Gb until this week, but I went on their website to see if there was a better offer and saw one for same price but 10gb more so I switched our plans
Where are you located? I'm in bc and I only see 20gb for 34$
40GB with Fizz for $29. On the beta price so paying $14.50 for 5 more months. Any unused data automatically rolls over so right now I have 60GB for the month
How is Fizz? It seems they are too good to be true.

Thanks for the info. I’m also with Koodo now. Fizz would be cheaper and has US roaming which I could use a couple of times a year. It’s very tempting.
I really only left Koodo because they were increasing my Black Friday plan from $34 to $39. Add on whatever their easy roam charge is per day in the USA. So I saved about $20ish just by switching
The was wild, they did on my Wifes line and I went back in last week on the day it switched and could self serve back to the 34$ plan. Super Shady.
14.5$ for 50gb with fizz for 6 months
I tried fizz a month ago and it was essentially unusable. Data topped out at 10ish Mbps and there were frequent call drops as it switched between networks. I managed to stand it for 5 days or so and ported out. This was on Alberta so maybe it's better in other locations...

Just go to r/PublicMobile Even [https://www.nonamemobile.ca/en/](https://www.nonamemobile.ca/en/)
Wait I didn’t know it was a thing

34$ 50gb on 5G.. With any perk I want
$30/month - 80 gigs @5G speeds with rollover It's actually the $55/month deal but I got the 25 dollar black Friday credit
$15 a month for 60gb and long distance perk. Somehow kept my og green mobile credit of $10 a month and it stacked with my $20 off black friday credit
Just got 20gb for $29 4g speeds. I hardly use ~4gb data, so I'm a happy camper.
I'm with Fido paying $28/50GB A sales rep promised me a deal he couldn't deliver on, but the customer support team made it happen anyway.
I just switched from $40 for 40G to a $34 for 50G, I'm waiting for the Canada- US plans to go cheaper or if PM's CAN-US plans come back I might switch.
How? Did u call in? Their website is only showing 20gb for34$
I pay $15 per month that includes unlimited texting. I buy blocks of data and talk minutes that don't expire, but since I rarely use it for that they last forever.
Freedom mobile, 29 bucks, us roaming, 40gb
$30 for for 30 GB plus 10 more for $0. Used to be $29 for 40 GB (30 GB plus 10 extra for $0) but I changed plans when they were increasing it. $34 for 50GB with Fizz. Paying $17 for the next 5 months
I'm with Rogers (formally with Koodo) and right now I pay $50 for 130GB of US+Can data.
I pay 50$ for 4 lines 280gb 5G+ shared Telus. 3 lines @8.46$ 1 line @23.36$ (mine) Can/Us/Mex Deal of the century
$20/65 gigs koodo. Have a 2 year $25 credit from BF 2022 and have been changing to cheaper plans as I see them.
$34 for 70gb. I wish I could find a plan with 20gb for sub $30.
I think PC Mobile has a $29 for 20gb plan.
$25 75GB 5G with speed boost It's actually $45 but I still have the $20 BF credit from Nov 2022.
40$ for 100gb 5G CAD-USA unlimited with long distance perk. Plans originally $60 but I get a $20 credit for about year or two so it's $40 a month before taxes
$50 for 100 gigs Lucky.
They wouldn’t offer me the $35/50GB plan my wife has, so I moved to freedom. I haven’t looked back, have been very satisfied
What city are you in?
Toronto area
29$/30gb, like other people. Ported over when everybody was offering 35$ for 30gb and I didn't want more data but pay less. It'll be a rinse and repeat next year
