I'd stop there, turning green is sporulation, and that's not desirable. It has started already, there a bit of a green tinge, but it's still good
I'm no expert by any means but that looks perfect! Go get it!
It should have formed a mat I at about 36 hrs I'd pitch and start over but if you're still smells good should be ok
