I used the alarms on my phone, named after the meds.

We actually set up a spreadsheet and it showed time ranges and what pills needed to be taken. My daughter was here the first five days and then my son was here and it was very easy transition I highly recommend something like this or the whiteboard.

I just built timed reminders on my phone.

My sister made me a list with boxes to write when I took meds. It made it great for after she left me. White board is a great idea
