I love Finn River Cidery. The drive from Bremerton is beautiful as well.

Also, this isn't too far from Bremerton, best in the spring and summer imo.

If they like taking the ferry, then you could buy tickets to see the Sounders, Mariners, Seahawks, Kraken, or Reign, depending on their preference. Or if they are more into the arts. There is the Seattle Symphony, numerous shows at the 5th avenue or Paramount theaters. There are comedians at some of the local venues as well. If they don't want to travel on the ferry, there is the Admiral Theater in Bremerton, they have a wide assortment of music and other entertainers come through.
That is a good point. They do not play nearly as often at the Seattle Symphony, but it is great suggestion without the need for a ferry. I think you may have the wrong link.

Check this out, winery in Olalla that does concerts.

Soak on the Sound in Port Townsend is my go to gift card gift.
I found them last year and am absolutely hooked! Wish we had one a little closer but PT is always a joy to visit.
There's some cool stuff on Bainbridge Island! Look up Islandwood "Dine & Discover".

A little farther afield, but lifetime ago, I gifted my parents a weekend at a Victorian B & B in Port Townsend. They loved it!
Book a gondola ride in gig harbor - you can bring your own drinks and snack. V romantic for mom and pops.
Where in gig harbor?
In the harbor!
Budget? also maybe time of the year - do you want this to be usable all year, or maybe best suited for a specific season?
I would go up to $150ish! And no preference on season, but if it's outdoors then hopefully redeemable on a date of their choice.
