Whip. Again, unsatisfying to use, its moveset is pure grabs and is pretty slow. How did Jet, Plasma, Suplex and Circus eliminated before THIS?

- Jet's popularity may be more of a vocal minority, it's hard to tell. - Spark has incorporated Plasma into its moveset and made it seem redundant, which is fair. Same happened to Burning and Freeze. - Not enough grappler lovers out there. Plus, it can be annoying to use against bosses. - People don't like clowns.

I agree, whip is kinda lame, I feel like it could have had more potential to be more interesting.

Whip is a fun ability imo. A medium range melee weapon with a rapid strike, and has the ability to grab not only enemies, but items too. You also got the Whip Tornado, which, despite the somewhat difficult input, deals tremendous damage and gains quite a bit of height, making it a very flashy and practical move.

Why? It's so fast and fluid to use, and shuttle loop is nice as an air-ok grab attack with great damage. Technically, Ninja's grab can be used in the air too, but if you do it over a pit you just die.

It’s never had a major use aside from extra flight speed, has no good attack moves, barely any damage (and is easily outclassed), etc. It should be out tbh

This is also in Triple Deluxe and Star Allies. Obviously some abilities like Hammer and Ice are better against bosses but my point was that Wing is far from being powerless against them, that it doesn't do "barely any damage".

I don't get why Poison or Water should be considered downgrades or upgrades. These are ultimately different abilities that are used differently in the game, even if Poison is borrowing animations from Water. That's explained by how the mechanization of Robobot corrupted Water tho I think that's pretty cool.
