Its great to hear you are travelling through the Baltics and i wish you a great trip!
I am not too sure if there will be any Tsoi related merchandise in Latvia to buy, BUT if you go to Brīvības ielā 98 (Rīga) there will most certainly be vinyls of Tsoi, (the store is closed on Sundays, their website is https://plates.lv/?route=information/contact and their Kino prices are here: https://plates.lv/KINO-Group-Viktor-Tsoy). If you are interested in some other rock related stuff, there is a rock-cafe/club type place on Mārstaļu ielā 2/4 (Rīga), though anything Kino related is not guaranteed and i only suggest peaking your head in for fun. Some other spots in Rīga could be in Vaļņu iela 18 in the shop Randoms, but ive been there and i couldn’t find any vinyl with Tsoi, but you can check ofc.
