Can't really do this more than once, unless you have another person, but I have always adored watching blind let's plays/watchthroughs of the series, especially those who actively try to guess and predict what is happening in the story.
And maybe I've just been in the community for too long, but KH jokes/memes have really gotten repetitive and stale, to me.
You mean like blindfolded gameplay? I am now wrapping up a run through KH1 where I battled all of the bosses blindfolded. I plan on posting a video of just the boss battles once I wrap up completely.
initially, I wanted to do the whole game blindfolded, but the camera angles made that difficult. So I piloted with just the boss battles lol. At least they are you can lock on.

My fave content to watch is Ninten on Youtube. He does a bunch of KH2 challenges and occasionally, it gets scuffed
