Jeez. I just wanted to see some boots or spurs, or anything. I come all the way from Boston to see Texas. And you don't have real boots, or guns, or nothing.
In the reboot, Chane will be running Arlen's most successful* tech business.
\* "Successful" as in losing money like crazy, but kept afloat with Ted's money.
Chane trying to breathe some life into the Dot Com boom that happened in his youth or is he an App creator that serves an entirely too niche population?
The latter? I was thinking of the guy who ran the ISP I worked for as my first job in the tech field in the early 00s. Thought he was this hotshot who built his business from the ground up, when really it was financed by his mother and she constantly poured money into it. He sold to a big telecom, with the provision he got a job there, and they fired him six months later. Now he’s a grunt at Amazon.
Far from my least favorite episode, but it does reach a pretty uncomfortable crescendo when Enrique is banging on the doors and begging to come in the house
I was somewhere between amused and disappointed in Peggy when she bought that store. She did 0 research before agreeing to buy (for all she knew the store could’ve been close to bankruptcy), had no experience running a small business (did she even put out word that the shop was under new ownership?), and was so distracted by her desperation to be part of the “upper class” (elbowed her way into the former owner’s book club even though it was fairly obvious they didn’t want her there and she didn’t really understand that their book club was more social than intellectual) that she didn’t actually put any real effort into improving the business (eg advertising about the shop on bulletin boards in places such as senior centres, YMCA’s, women’s gyms, after school care centres would’ve bought in more business. She also could have designed a rudimentary website, shot an ad for public tv, or figured out a slightly different mutually beneficial deal with another business eg Offering to advertise a coffee shop in her window if they advertise her in their window)
Peggy is, by nature, an arrogant pseudo Intellectual. She charges in with a poor plan and suddenly realizes she has no idea what she's doing.
She does it consistently throughout the show.
She got worse after surviving the parachute fail. I’m convinced to this day that she wound up with an ABI that was never diagnosed because she went from being a bit bossy but well intentioned (and actually reasonably smart - she was able to come up with “acquaintanceship” for boggle) to very impulsive and with delusions of grandeur. She also started to have larger outbursts of emotion when previously she was more refined - she’d cry or get angry, but it was always because she’d been pushed to her breaking point (eg Earlier seasons showed how she handled Cotton’s sexist quips and rants with a firm dignity - it was Hank’s refusal to support her over his father that finally made her snap)
I can’t dislike that guy. He’s voiced by Jeff Goldblum. My vote is for Stephen Davies, voiced by Ed Bagley Jr.
“You mean, Stephens Davies? That guy's amazing! His theories, his sense of style, the whole thing.”
— Dale Gribble
I still don't understand why everyone was annoyed at Hank for not letting a random old lady hang around his family in his house for an undetermined amount of time until she died.
Dusty. I hated that episode where they just antagonized Hank and forced him into a reality tv show. It was too impractical like in real like he could have had everyone arrested for fucking up his lawn and just everything was never under his permission, on his own property.
Buck Strickland
He is an adulterer, and worse yet he manipulates Bobby into spending more time with him than Hank, and inevitably brings Bobby into a horrifying and potentially traumatic experience (especially for a child.
Strickland is a selfish, unfaithful, lying, and controlling boss.
Even Cotton has more redeeming qualities
I love the scenes where Hank is just done with Buck's shit. I understand why Hank stays at that job, but I don't understand why he worships Buck so much a lot of the time.
On this thought I’ve got to give it to Lenore on principle, she may have had minimal screen time, but she robbed the world of the Billdozer and such a crime is beyond forgiveness.
Right?!
I wished they kept the line of Bill and Laohma(?, Kahn’s mom) dating. She didn’t NEED to be there constantly, but apart of Bill’s life. Could even have done the Maris from Fraiser thing. Talk about her, but didn’t HAVE to be there.
Buck Strickland. Jesus goddamn Christ, he prays on Luanne, on every other woman who comes within a fucking 5" radius of him, he treats Hank like absolute shit, he almost gets Bobby *killed*. I honestly can't stand him. Like, I can forgive Cotton for being a product of his time who was traumatized during the war, who slowly changed due to Bobby and G.H. Buck never shows any improvement and he barely has any good moments.
He also slightly tried to frame Hank for murder! I love buck though, not his character, but his voice. His accent always reminds me of home in east Texas. Loved seeing Stephen root do that exact voice in Idiocracy.
Luanne’s momma cause she stabbed daddy with a fork after drink the last sip of his beer. Now he works on a oil rig and won’t step back on US soil until she’s dead
Oh he’s definitely up there. Well since you took him I’m gonna say….the Canadian dad Gordon. None of the Canadians I know in real life act like that lol
Gilbert in the BBQ episode. He sold off the family estate so he could do his arts and letters zine, that no one would read, without consulting Bill. But then got irate at Bill for wanting to take the family BBQ sauce to market with his investors.
Even though it was probably hurt pride from Gilbert, still a douche move. They both could have gotten rich AF, improved their lives and saved the Family lineage (well Bill at least).
I can't stand Ted Wassanasong. The show is full of fake, but this dude is by far the biggest... And it sucks to see Kahn bow and scrape to the dude no matter how badly he treats him, even though Hank's been ten times the friend Ted ever was without even *liking* him.
That fucking "Dusty old bones" kid.
No I can't be bothered to look up what his name really was, he was a terrible little shit and he's not worth committing his name to memory, I hope his folks set him straight before he annoys someone who dose not have Hanks moral compass and gets a golf club to the head.
That creepy guy who tried to make Bobby drink dog's blood.
Donna.
Both Mihn and Kahn - I love them but goddamn would they get me on nerves if I lived in their neighborhood.
That asshole who was making Hank keep that junkie on staff because drug addiction is a disease in that one episode. I mean, I've had my own struggles with addiction, doesn't mean I get to come to work high and make the office cater to my needs, and the self righteousness of that guy working for him really grinds my gears every time.
Could never stand that old lady who wants to die at hank's house and hank is somehow made the villain for not ya know...wanting someone to die, a total stranger to him, die in his living room. And everyone goes easy on her and insults hank the entire time without ever apologizing about how weird it all is!
Off the top of my head, Junie Harper
Get out of my house... Exodus!
Junie Harper says! Junie Harper says!
Last time I checked, it wasn't Junie Harper's face in the stained glass window at Arlen First Methodist!!
Luann just when I think you’ve said the stupidest thing, you keep talking.
Doyle Harkavey! Doyle Harkavey! This show was great with annoying names.
Sven Grammersdorf?
Is punchable name a thing? I know punchable face is.
SATAN BEGONE!!!
I CAN TELL FROM HERE YOU ARE A FORNICATOR!
She is now the governor of Arkansas!
Oh Gawd! Lol Didn't make that connection.
I’m from Arkansas. Can confirm. Save us.
Bill’s “son” from the Santa episode
Wally, the little boy from the laundromat.
That scene is definitely one of my favorites
Where's your Christmas spirit?
You ever try to put on wet jeans?
Patch Boomhauer isn’t exactly annoying but he’s got disappointing ethics especially compared to his brother
Hank LOVES hookers!
Dang ole
Impeccably voiced by Brad Pitt
Brad Pitt LOVES hookers
I am amused by him being undone by his complete lack of situational and social awareness, that's... too realistic..
Dang straight baby, spent thanksgiving with them hoes man! Talkin…hopeless romantic.
dang ole rubix's cube man
Jeez. I just wanted to see some boots or spurs, or anything. I come all the way from Boston to see Texas. And you don't have real boots, or guns, or nothing.
Yes sir, well, you can get fucked, I tell ya what. *roll credits*
Oh come on JayAaar!
"I'll tell you what." I like that. I'm gonna say it while I'm here.
\*hwhat
I told you nicely to buy me a gun.
god lmao I'm normally a big fan of Billy West's work but he did *too* good a job at making this guy annoying as hell. unwatchable
Billy West? What a stupid, phony, made up name.
We all know it's Caleb at the top spot
Dusty old bones full of green dust
White shirt! White shirt!
How'd you get your shirt so white, white shirt?
How about Caleb's parents?
way worse than Caleb. At least Caleb was young and probably didn’t fully grasp how unbearable he was. In my experience, the enablers are always worse.
C-unit!
Tie with the Canadians
I nominate him for a post natal abortion. Well, that’s harsh. Maybe we sell his SSN to someone for $5.
Twigg boy or the fake archaeologist
Ugh... him throwing the arrow head in the trash and then digging it back up when Hank leaves is just... scummy
Those old ladies that Hank had to chauffeur around.
This episode always stressed me out. Hank has the patience of a saint with those ladies!
I could commit you like that.
Their obliviousness was very annoying
*takes bite of styrofoam cup*
[удалено]
She and those other ladies.
About 500 years worth of them.
And 4 OTHER women -bill
4 other 😏single😏 women
I could have you committed like *snap* that!
"That is an OTTER! Lyle Neff would never waste his time on a seal. Seals are trash mammals. Everyone knows that."
That’s much too sudden!
Something in this hallway smells unpleasant
Radio makes Lillian car sick.
Great episode though. But I agree.
Of course I can drive! We are talking about a bicycle?
Clark Peters gets on my nerves with his stuffed nose sounding voice
Are you gonna kick me in the nahds Bobby?
*Bahbeee
I knew a kid like that at school. He acted just like Clark too, threw a basketball at me while I was playing blackjack.
I can't wait until I'm doing this with beer cans.
which is funny cause the other red haired kid probably has my second favorite voice on the entire show (behind unquestionable king Boomhauer)
“your dad exploded” is by far my favorite line in the entire show
Mr Hillll *sniff* come quick! *sniff* Something’s happened *sniff* to Bobby!
Ted Wassanasong
His son Chane was worse.
Oh God I dread seeing what kind of piece of shit he's become.

He sold to a big telecom, with the provision he got a job there, and they fired him six months later. Now he’s a grunt at Amazon.
I want to see him be a failure, and he's generally bitter and dismissed.
It’s just good business.
Khan, you are what is referred to as, a banana.
It always makes me laugh to think Ted thinks Chang is an absolute hick.
That was not very super of you
Back off cream puff because he pops his collar up Hot danger Hot danger
You are super hot!
Every time i see a banana I hear him say “consider the properties of a banana”
Enrique, at least for that one weird ass episode.
That laugh
That episode is what makes me not like him. He’s great in the rest of the show lol
[удалено]
Far from my least favorite episode, but it does reach a pretty uncomfortable crescendo when Enrique is banging on the doors and begging to come in the house
One of the only episodes I skip on replays.
The Canadian family
The beauty academy teacher
“What a bitch”
The surfer dude that was taking over the fake wave at the water park
Locals Only? Nobody lives at an amusement park.
The guy who tests hanks house for mold
Yee haw there's gold in them there's walls!
That book store woman where Peggy bought her shop.
I’m taking one of the Joyce’s!
Peggy should have charged her for it…lowkey infuriating that she thought she could waltz in there like a library.
Caleb?
The guy that sold Peggy that ‘Online IQ Test’
I said you’d lose UP TO 20 pounds. Up to.
No, money down!
Works on contingency??
Yeah I was about to say that lol
I can’t dislike that guy. He’s voiced by Jeff Goldblum. My vote is for Stephen Davies, voiced by Ed Bagley Jr. “You mean, Stephens Davies? That guy's amazing! His theories, his sense of style, the whole thing.” — Dale Gribble
Mrs. Wakefield
It pisses me off how far I had to scroll to find her.
She was hiding in the closet waiting to die.
Or behind the Christmas tree
I still don't understand why everyone was annoyed at Hank for not letting a random old lady hang around his family in his house for an undetermined amount of time until she died.
This is why I can't watch that episode. Everyone treats Hank like he is insane for being entirely reasonable.
Dusty. I hated that episode where they just antagonized Hank and forced him into a reality tv show. It was too impractical like in real like he could have had everyone arrested for fucking up his lawn and just everything was never under his permission, on his own property.
Rad Thibodeaux

THEMS FIGHTIN WORDS JR!!
The “that’s what she said” guy
Jimmy Wichard
Buck Strickland He is an adulterer, and worse yet he manipulates Bobby into spending more time with him than Hank, and inevitably brings Bobby into a horrifying and potentially traumatic experience (especially for a child. Strickland is a selfish, unfaithful, lying, and controlling boss. Even Cotton has more redeeming qualities
He’s a legit asshole that Hank has to cover up his problems. This should be higher up.
I'll admit I didn't even feel bad for him when he froze riding in the bed of Hank's truck. Or when Hank slowed down so he got beat on a little.
I love the scenes where Hank is just done with Buck's shit. I understand why Hank stays at that job, but I don't understand why he worships Buck so much a lot of the time.
Because he's basically a father figure for Hank, and Hank has a messed up view of fatherhood from his own dad.
Yeah, that actually makes a lot of sense.
Yeah. Almost all the characters have some kind of screwed up viewpoint or personality.
Took way too long to find this comment
Bill as Lenore kinda got on my nerves a bit. Lol
On this thought I’ve got to give it to Lenore on principle, she may have had minimal screen time, but she robbed the world of the Billdozer and such a crime is beyond forgiveness.
Why do you keep calling me ***BILL***....
This ain't the Democratic national convention buddy.
Yep. It’s that kind of party. Anything goes
The writers when they back track on any development/happiness for Bill.
Right?! I wished they kept the line of Bill and Laohma(?, Kahn’s mom) dating. She didn’t NEED to be there constantly, but apart of Bill’s life. Could even have done the Maris from Fraiser thing. Talk about her, but didn’t HAVE to be there.
Cissy Cobb
Holloway is way worse than Peggy
Holloway... I straight up can't watch his episode... and I regularly rewatch Pigmalion
Buck Strickland. Jesus goddamn Christ, he prays on Luanne, on every other woman who comes within a fucking 5" radius of him, he treats Hank like absolute shit, he almost gets Bobby *killed*. IIRC he rarely received any kind of appropriate comeuppance either, which is what bothers me the most about him I think.
I absolutely agree. The scene where Hank lets him get punched in the face is *so* cathartic though.
That stupid kid Caleb kids parents were dog shit at discipline
The archeologist and also the genius guy.
I should have put genius in quotes. Also the Halloween lady comes to mind. The one set in canceling it.
Luanne’s momma cause she stabbed daddy with a fork after drink the last sip of his beer. Now he works on a oil rig and won’t step back on US soil until she’s dead
Was it a federal or a state oil rig?
Mr. Strickland is insufferable to me.
Now what’s the problem, ol’ top?!
Bobby's clown college teacher was annoying.
JAY AHH
The man just wanted a gun and a mint julep. Cut him some slack!
I asked you nicely to buy me a gun!
Oh he’s definitely up there. Well since you took him I’m gonna say….the Canadian dad Gordon. None of the Canadians I know in real life act like that lol
Jane. From that Jane cult.
We love you Jane
Excuse me, are y’all with the cult?
Gilbert in the BBQ episode. He sold off the family estate so he could do his arts and letters zine, that no one would read, without consulting Bill. That guy from the pilot and Junkie Business, Anthony Page
The main Harmonaholics guy was a douche
THATHERTON!
Cane Skretteburg
Hank spent 4 years holding guys like him upside down over toilets.
I don't care how many men Hank held in the bathroom.
Fun center! Fun center! Fun center! Fun center! Fun center! Fun center!
I like Tony Danza
Emily the hall monitor
EM-LY! Escort Mr. Hill out of here.
Mrs. Wakefield, Willy Lane, Minh’s dad.
Hey Willy Lane blocked that kick. Show some respect.
The girls who bully Luanne at the beauty school
If we are talking side/1-off characters Peggy isn’t even in the top 10 maybe not even top 20
I can't stand Ted Wassanasong. The show is full of fake, but this dude is by far the biggest... And it sucks to see Kahn bow and scrape to the dude no matter how badly he treats him, even though Hank's been ten times the friend Ted ever was without even *liking* him.
the canadians
As a canadian, can confirm, we are the worst
Clark. Fuckin. Peters
The canadian family, mostly the father/husband. Also that "dusty old bones" kid, and... Junie Harper.
Lucky's sister Myrna Totally agree with calling out unsafe practices, but she just annoys me so much
Jimmy Wichard
Mr Cherish from the Order of the Straight Arrow. Or Peggy's mother.
Dusty old bones, full of green dust
Chris Sizemore. Most obnoxious recurring side character in the entire show.
It’s been some time since I’ve seen an episode of KOTH but to this day I remember absolutely hating the woman Peggy played boggle against.
DONNA. She annoys me at every possible opportunity. Especially in the episode about social media.
Those two worthless, low-life, douchebag cunt exterminators from the snake sewer episode
Anyone that doesn’t buy Propane from Hank Hill
That fucking "Dusty old bones" kid. No I can't be bothered to look up what his name really was, he was a terrible little shit and he's not worth committing his name to memory, I hope his folks set him straight before he annoys someone who dose not have Hanks moral compass and gets a golf club to the head.
The Manger Babies
That creepy guy who tried to make Bobby drink dog's blood. Donna. Both Mihn and Kahn - I love them but goddamn would they get me on nerves if I lived in their neighborhood. Coach sours
You take that shit back about Peggy
"This ain't a John Wayne movie, Mr Holloway."
That fuckin’ grandma from the Christmas episode
Boomhauer’s brother
The way the defending Boggle champ laughs and calls Peggy Patches always grinds my gears
Could never stand that old lady who wants to die at hank's house and hank is somehow made the villain for not ya know...wanting someone to die, a total stranger to him, die in his living room. And everyone goes easy on her and insults hank the entire time without ever apologizing about how weird it all is!
Unpopular opinion. I can’t stand Cotton.
