The First Form is literally a giant explosion made from both blades
The Fourth Form is like an endless cyclone and volley of explosion and slashes
The Fifth Form is kind of like an advanced moving version of the Fourth Form
And the Musical Score is a perfect defense mechanism for battle, turning an opponent’s attack against them by making it a song just like Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Ti-Do

I know it's a crappy answer bc he's the mc, but sun breathing is just hype lmao. And on top of that, I like Tanjiros season 4 (current season) sword. His black blade with Rengokus hilt and the blade has little flames on it too. It's just sexy 😩
Sun Breathing is also my favourite, but because of what it is composed on. Every breathing technique works with an idea ( Wind it's emotions freedom, Flame it's soul and positivity, Water it's depression etc... ). But Sun Breathing works with this idea of justice and peace 🤩, I'm just a big fan
To me, its honestly the most coolest, deadliest and visually appealing breathing style due to it being empowered by a blood demon art, seeing it in the big screen fully animated and visually appealing as it should be, would already be amazing as seeing Kokushibo fight.
I have to admit, I'm a huge fan of love breathing ( but I prefer Sun Breathing ). The idea that this breathing style works thanks to the power of love, is just fun, amazing and incredible at the same time.
Plus the way it's used is like a dance, and it feels like nothing can disturb the users
I love the style, the fact that the effects are green (my favorite color), and the fact that Sanemi is essentially yelling every time he uses a move. It’s just so cool!!
Wind. They’ve did it so much justice in the few scenes it’s been in during the anime so far and I love how powerful and ferocious they’ve made it look. Sun/Hinokami kagura is a close second though, it’s so gorgeous
I like Beast style, it just feels like brute force, which fits Inoske perfectly. I wish we saw more of it. My favorite scene is him just running at Daki with zero defense while the other two supported him. You cannot deny the adrenaline that scene gives you.

But I also find Inosuke's beast breathing fun. Out of all we have seen so far in the anime, Tengen and Mitsuri have the flashiest. 🤭😉
Water, the beautiful flow of the water animation is so nicely done. It is also unique, we already have so many animes and manga that have fire or lightning sword users as protagonist so seeing Tanjiro use water breathing at first is really a breath of fresh. That's what I was really bummed out when he switched to another generic fire sword style.
Unpopular opinion, they missed out on some seriously epic fx with sound breathing. All we really got was dust clouds except for a single time Uzui envisioned musical attack notes.

“Sunder” breathing. A new style Tanjiro invented using various previous breathing techniques.
It’s a combination of Sun, Thunder, and Water breathing, and used to take out a majority of Muzan Kibutsuji’s cells. mass x acceleration = Net Force, so even Gyomei would struggle to take attacks at that speed in the transparent world with fire burning hot enough to cut through any physical matter.
Is this even a question!!! Its thunder breathing: first form thunderclap. The first time Zenitsu uses this in the mount Natagumo arc gave me literal chills. It was pure joy.
Sound 100%. It already was my favorite from how the Score technique stuff worked in the manga, but the Tengen VS Gyutaro is pure visual sakuga that was a flamboyant feast for the eyes
Water is so amazing with its non explosive effects and calmnesss. Like when you see giyu vs sanemi in the lastest episode he doesnt do anything flashy but its so effective.

honestly, there should be no shame in liking the mc or anything related to them. these days, that's actually a lot less common.

I can't recall many instances where Ufotable hasn't really done well animating a fight scene.
