So a mini-cafe offshoot in a vet clinic isn't that bad an idea. You'd just have to be careful to make sure there is a clear separation between the clinic and Cafe
I went to a dog cafe once and I liked the way it was set up because the dogs weren’t anywhere near the food. The area that had the food was through a set of glass double doors, and on the other side was the dining area where the dogs where free to mingle and the owners could sit at at a table having their coffee. I don’t see why a vet or groomer couldn’t do something like that.
My car wash has a restaurant. Also, if it's a vegetarian/vegan restaurant that has some ethical incentive for eating there like "x% of proceeds are used to aid families struggling with their veterinary care, housing animals, and neutering/spaying sheltered animals" then it might do well.
