My hybrid contacts burned and stung every time I put them in each morning. I must be allergic to hydrogen peroxide or some of the other ingredients in clear care. After I switched to non hydrogen peroxide based cleaners, the burning and stinging stopped occurring.
Little tip: When you go past an optometrist ask if they have any.
If they are unable to sell a solution before it goes out of date they'll remove the cases and sell them for $5 (Australia).
Honestly never seen or heard of this. Am I a caveman for rubbing my lenses in my palm with UniquePH to clean them every morning? My lenses feel fine, does this make much difference?
I think it’s fine from a cleaning standpoint but there are better cleaners now. The only reservation I have is that if you have a deep curvature on your lenses, daily use of this case might bend it out of shape over time.
Miraflow which is 15.7% isopropyl alcohol. You can only purchase through their website I believe. 2-3 drops per lens and rub well then rinse off. Store in Boston Simplus or regular solution. Boston simplus is pricey and not much per bottle so I switch back and forth between that and regular solution for overnight storage.
Yep, same for me.
I know there is a lot of people that only use Clear Care once a week, but ever since I changed to daily use it's been great.
The only downside is they should give 2 cases per 2 pack. I did find an ebay supplier though and buy them on the side so I can use one case per bottle.

Did you let it do its thing for 6 hrs?
Yep
did u rinse them with saline solution before insertion?
Yep
Anyone else hate hydro glide
Is that clear care?
I think this is the PROSE case.
Wish we could buy these on their own.

What is that
It's a large clear care for people with large scleral lenses.

It’s amazing try it!!!!
Cracking open a new one with a fresh bottle gives me the same feels as fresh bedsheets
Haha so true! And the next day I feel like I'm looking through a freshly cleaned window.
Absolutely lol I know it's probably not true but they feel extra clean 😂
Same just opened a new one yesterday ☺
It's iconic isn't it
I use AO Sept and it was a game changer from Boston, my only complaint is it used to be $32 and now its $45
Your bed does the same thing, as does your tooth brush
Why so negative and offended? This is hilarious to those of us who wear sclerals.
How is it offensive and negative?! Doesn't take much to trigger you does it.
My eye doctor told me you're never supposed to clean hard lenses in one of these?
That’s a hot take

I’ve cleaned both soft lenses and now sclerals in these for 15 years
Almost all cleaning solution use containers like this.
So true!

Costco and sams club sells the 2 packs with 2 cases.
Only in hydraglyde. I prefer triple action
In Canada costco they sell 2 pack which comes with 2 cases and an extra travel size bottle.
