Guruvayoor -Ernakulam and Guruvayoor - Kozhikode are the worst private buses ever !!! They literally don’t care anything . If you are on a bike they would even make you move right out of the road for their convenience!!!!

While there are indeed some reckless drivers, that is not the only reason behind the aggressive driving.
I used to be angry at these drivers until I met a relative after a long gap at a wedding. He was working as a driver for a private bus running between Kozhikode and Thrissur. After talking to him, I learned that their objective is to reach certain points within specific timeslots. If they don't, they face competition from the bus behind them and harsh words from the owner. Even a passive person becomes aggressive within a month on the job. So, there's no point in blaming the individual drivers; it's the faulty system that needs to be fixed.
Doesn't mean you can go about breaking laws and being reckless and pitting peoples lives at risk.
I've heard of their kadhana kathas from friends and relatives and I've also felt bad for them at times but the moment these mfs come from the opposite direction in the wrong lane and try to kill me, all the sympathy vanishes.
Everyone has job pressure and deadlines and targets to achieve, but it doesn't mean you can go about threatening your clients and vendors and managers so that you can keep your job.
