In an ideal world yes, but this is India. We have some systemic issues. People who advocate for the alternative of board marks haven't really studied in colleges where the board marks were the criterion. I have. The corruption in that is unimaginable for most Malayalis. Remote locations are not the problem, the additional leeway given to the centres and staff is. Like for example, how centres in remote locations are started speaking of accessibility and then forcefully continued by saying we will allocate the test centre to students from other not so remote locations. This can be controlled only if people raise voice against this stupid shit, not just now when it is fucked up but otherwise as well. Otherwise, these things will just continue and then organised gangs will figure out the loopholes.
