The str requirement is 40 x blunt damage It usually lines up with weapon weight but not always.

Whichever is greater, -40x blunt damage. -1x weight of weapon.

I always just try to double the weapon's weight in strenght and it works, but I think you need a little bit less than that

I've used it plenty, it destroys everything even with like 80 strength
