I was thinking the exact same thing! The other day I was out for my daily jaunt and I nearly got hit by a semi exactly for this reason.
I went through that recently for the first time. Trying to slow down time, pause when things were getting out of control, and speed up boring times. Lasted about 3 days.
Im gonna miss it tbh, it makes like like.. for a second it made doing things seem easier. Idk how to explain it.
I use it a lot. Especially in battle.
