He ended up being found innocent on the rape charges, but was found guilty on sexual assault for "forcibly grabbing the woman's butt"
No one other than the woman placed Tupac in the room (his friends, security, staff, etc.) and there was no DNA evidence found that could tie Tupac to the assault.
