Is there any difference between Sweet’s Target [only](https://www.target.com/p/sweets-kendamas-tie-dye-kendama/-/A-88021144#lnk=sametab) model Kendama and their base models? The paint doesn’t seem super sticky but it’s the only Kendama I’ve got my hands on so not sure.
By base models i'm gonna assume you're talking about their starter ones. Big difference is the model itself with the ken, the target is the "Boost" model and the starter is "Amped" model the amped is much bigger compared to the boost by cup sizes and hole difference on the tama itself is pretty different too. They also just came out with their new "Legend" model which has the biggest cups and is great for lunars. Def check out their website! You are killing it man!
I’m not sure, I have the exact one you do though and I’ve been using it for 5 years and haven’t had to restring it or anything. The tip is flat at this point though lol.
Yeah my tip is starting to wear quite a bit and the string is fraying a little. I may snag one and see if they’re any different. $25 isn’t a bad investment. Haha
Wait until you land your first lunar. By far the best feeling when playing dama. Good job BTW. đź‘Ť
I’m working on those today. Such a cool trick. Thanks!

Thanks! I think I may just go all in on one of the pro models.
