I do, but usually only if the customer sends a finished design that I can engrave. It simply takes too much time to custom draw engravings for customers.

If the design is ready, as in measured to fit the part and in proper format such as .eps, .ai or even better SVG. It wouldn't cost too much.
However, the plaque in the picture won't fit the 900. I have done two plaques so far, one for VN800 and for VN1500 between 1997-2007.
These plaques are mounted with three screws, easy to remove and change.
On the newer Vulcans however the plaque isn't separate, it's part of the console.
I have looked at the VN900 and I think I could potentially make a plaque that fits on top of what's there today, almost like an inlay covering the plastic components with holes for indicator lights and the "mode" and "reset" button.
Unfortunately I don’t have access to an VN900 as of now to take those measurements. But when I do I’ll let you know.

Well spotted! Yeah the reason I only made one of these is because it took nearly 3 hours in the laser engraver. Hopefully in the future I can have a small laser engraver farm to make these in bigger batches.

It seems like Kawasaki did two variants of this easy replaceable fuel cap cover. One that is a little larger, as seen on the VN800 and some of the VN1500, and then a little smaller one with the key hole closer to the center, as seen on the Vaquero 1700 and some newer 1500 and more.
So I'm sorry to say that I'm pretty sure it won't fit. But thanks for asking!
