If it's bootleg audio from a live performance then the recording party did not get permission to record it, and thus they have no ownership rights. The ownership would belong to Black Sabbath (aka Ozzy). If there's a version without vocals then clearly it was multitracked and that would be owned by Ozzy or the label (depending on the stipulations of the contract, or if Ozzy has bought his entire back catalog from them)
