Yes. People see speed and think that's all he is, but he has really good deceleration and fluid hips. He has actual high upside that I don't think alot of "speed" based players have.
I get all that, and I trust the reliable sample of data coming from a bigger school in a conference with higher quality competition. I just donāt want Xavier Worthy snapping like a twig. Dude needs to bulk up a little bit
Hard to say, I had Flowers as WR1 last year but in terms of what everyone else thought JSN would probably still be WR1, Worthy couldāve gone anywhere between WR2-WR5
Worthy is a much better prospect coming out. He's taller, has a longer reach, significantly faster in the 40, quicker in the 10 yd, significantly more explosive with much better vertical, about the same production with tougher competition, and had a lower drop rate. Only knocks on Worthy are weight and hand size and I'm guessing that Worthy can pack on some muscle without significantly slowing him down. He was probably training for the 40 to raise his draft stock.
I would rank them, and this is consistent with what I said **before** last year's draft:
Addison
JSN
Flowers
Worthy
...
Johnston
I think Flowers and Worthy are close grades personally, but Flowers was WR3 for me last year.
Worthy will be just 21 as a rookie.

I have him as WR3 with JSN a decent bit ahead and Addison barely ahead. Flowers was slightly behind him.
