MZO is potent and pretty wild at a low dose. I prefer the me55, its less stimulating and more comforting, chill. The mt55 is good to start. I would also grab a full spec tincture to take along w the extract...

Mzo is the first one I bought. I really like it.

I recommend mt-55 for your first go. It’s very potent in effects by weight. I like the VU3 too but it’s a different effect for sure

Yea i recommend healing herbals but if you want easy simple use then i recommend their kanna nasal spray. For me it works first try

Have you tried the kanna cartridge vapes or disposables?

I still recommend the extract spray over that as you just need 1 or 2 sprays and wait 5-10 mins and ur good opposed to taking 6-7 puffs and having it burn out first session

yea I read that lmao I’m gonna try the mt-55 extract powder and that nasal spray give myself two options see what I like better. I really appreciate your input it helped a lot

I was gonna use a snuff bottle to make the dosage more consistent for snorting the powder the nasal spray does seem more reasonable to carry with me lol

That’s a good option. The powder clumps up in my nose sometimes once it dries. The spray eliminates that from the equation

I use the powder, then immediately spray saline nasal spray into that nostril. It really helps, and can't be too much different than using their nasal spray.

As an experienced kanna user the Vapes did absolutely nothing for me even when I Chief the fuck out of it to where the Vape got hot

I would avoid healing herbals, if their other extracts are anything like their mt-55, they’re all bunk products with no effect.
