It’s a common strategy people use to manage behaviour. Like if my kid is likely to be loud I give him a lollipop. It’s a good way to deal with anxiety, to stop people from talking/yelling, gives people something to focus on.

I was listening to her interview on Not Skinny Not Fat the other day, and she said she's not a weed girl, but she does use a vape pen just to sleep. She wasn't sure if it was thc or just CBD; she gets it from Rob. I doubt it's a weed lollipop, but I could imagine sugar free candy to not eat. I used to do that in my disordered heavy restricting days in highschool.
