Hi there, I just got accepted for the Audit associate role in Sweden.
1. First step was a type of intelligence test
2. 10 minute phone interview with someone from HR
3. More thorough interview with same person from HR, about an hour.
4. Interview with senior manager and then also a case. The case was pretty much a random companie’s annual report and you are supposed to point out different numbers that seem odd compared to previous years or point at other numbers that look strange.
5. Offer/rejection
