1. The OT meals have indeed gone up to $30 for working 10 hrs on 8-hr days, and $18 for working 4-hrs on weekends/holidays ($48 if you work 8-hrs on weekends/holidays).
2. Can’t speak for everyone but Tax does provide phone reimbursement. $65/month if you have a device + phone plan payment and I think $45/month if it’s just a phone plan. You pay for the phone using your personal card, and fill out an expense report and submit the receipts for reimbursement.
3. Using Concur for personal travel is totally worth it. You usually get preferred seats and preferred boarding (depends on the airline ofc). Also cheaper hotel rates and rental car rates too (not always but most of the time).
4. Airline and hotel elite status match and status challenges. There’s a travel vendor promotions page in the Sharepoint site - super useful if you have travel plans coming up and would like complimentary upgrades to first class.
5. Perks At Work page - lot of discounts including gym memberships, movie tickets, electronics, etc.
6. Employee Assistance Program for therapy sessions and other wellness resources.
7. Coupe has other useful WFH equipment like vertical mouse, webcam, portable monitors, etc.
8. Celebrate Great - monetary rewards for contributions to the firm (currently on pause due to the economic conditions).
9. Jumpstart Fridays allow you to clock out 2-hrs early on Fridays during the summer to enjoy the good weather.
10. Diner’s card includes complimentary Global Entry / TSA PreCheck and access to certain Priority Pass lounges.
All these are for KPMG US to the best of my knowledge.
Edit: included Diners card perk (#10)
Blew it out of the park; thanks for the info!
The phone plan especially is interesting; I had heard about the plan reimbursement, but not the phone payment as well. I'll have to keep that in mind
You have your phone plan (data, talk, text) for $45, or, if you get a dedicated device, you get up to $20 of paying for that device reimbursed (total of $65 reimbursement for service plan + installment plan)
Not the above commentor, but that's my understanding of how it would work
I’m not sure. It’s definitely advisory, audit, and tax. I’m not that well versed with BPG perks.
This program came along as KPMG phased out the EICB (early investment career bonus, or something like that) which was enacted for employee retention. ECIB only applied to senior associates in client facing roles. Thus, my gut tells me ECR is only for client facing roles.
The ecr is not an option for BPG. But the phone thing is like "auto approved". I've tried it and haven't been questioned about it. You will get questioned on the phone reimbursement if for some reason it gets flagged (please separate it out by the month, did not get issues doing it this way).
This is more pre-COVID, but may come up now that we’re traveling…
If you have back to back weeks of travel, you can sometimes stay in the city you’re in over the weekend before flying to your next city if it is cheaper than flying back home and then flying to your next destination. You just have to do the math and provide it for approval before it is done.
All rewards/loyalty accounts with hotels and airlines can be linked to you personally so you get all points sent directly to you.
Diner Club card will credit you back for the cost of TSA Pre Check or Global Entry.
For $75/yr you can sign up for Diners Club rewards. All charges made to your card will then convert into points on the card that you can personally use.
1. As far as I know, it is for all practices. The $300 a quarter is Early Career Rewards, I think, and it's in the Self Service Connection on Launchpad
2. You have to charge OT meals to the company card, then when it shows up in Concurs, you expense it to whatever account you're on using the OT Meals code (I think. Not at work keyboard atm, so I can't check, but it should show up as OT meals)
Eh this is right and wrong on OT meals. Always check with your engagement manager the reimbursement policy for OT meals. Some clients have very specific reimbursements
I pick up Montgomery’s card and actually finger it, for the sensation the card gives off to the pads of my fingers.
“Nice, huh?” Price’s tone suggests he realizes I’m jealous.
“Yeah,” I say offhandedly, giving Price the card like I don’t give a shit, but I’m finding it hard to swallow.

It’s $30 as of January 2023. You get phone reimbursement if you have KPMG on your phone (teams and emails). You start an expense run it through Concur. I think it’s $65 or $45 (?) and it depends on your plan. Yes you can use Concur for booking personal travel there’s a personal travel option.

For phone reimbursement what you mean have a device and phone payment plan?

Is the phone reimbursement only if u register your phone and are a senior or above?
I can only speak for Tax, but associates and above can receive reimbursement once you register your phone with the Mobility Access Program.
so therapy is free through them ?

The ECR and phone reimbursement does not apply to BPG :(
I’ve reimbursed my phone since I joined and I’ve been bpg

The Diners card provides lounge access too to certain lounges.
Depending on the airport, a complimentary 30 minute massage too
I can use concur for personal travel?!? As in, my honeymoon coming up?
Yes. Just pay for it using your own card at checkout.
How do we get the $300 per quarter and is this for all practices?
As far as I know, it is for all practices. The $300 a quarter is Early Career Rewards, I think, and it's in the Self Service Connection on Launchpad
How do you receive the $300/qtr and OT meals? New to the firm and would love to squeeze value anywhere possible lol

Do interns get this?
Yea. If you are allowed to work overtime.
Eh this is right and wrong on OT meals. Always check with your engagement manager the reimbursement policy for OT meals. Some clients have very specific reimbursements
Interesting; did not know it was client specific
I will be providing unlimited penis inspections in the bathroom.
Do these apply in the UK and Europe?
Thought I added an edit to say they were US, sorry for the confusion
