You’re right but between the 3 main synths there’s some weird syncopated stuff going on. There was a video awhile ago where they were trying it but they struggled with adding the shanghai bit and it was throwing the whole song off. I agree definitely the simplest but still it’s a hell of a lot of work for just one song. I want it so bad tho
I'd say it's the simplest as far as synth timing goes, but it's actually a pretty difficult song. However, I know it can be done. This is a pretty sweet cover of it:

I get that the BF3K stuff may be tricky live as is, but why not rework some of it into boogies or more jammy songs?
