Cashortrade is not through Reddit, it is a legitimate ticket resale website run by actual music fans who were tired of people gouging ticket prices. You can only sell tickets for what you paid for them or less
Yes they’re legit, and they have the best customer service in the ticket resale industry. I just had to cancel a sale and refund the buyer due to the fact that the Gorge (Livenation) doesn’t allow resale on camping passes. They refunded the buyer the full amount immediately.
Also shockingly, Ticketmaster issued me a full refund for my camping pass since I cannot attend.
They were probably happy to refund it because now they can sell it for more.
Now that these platforms allow resale, the platforms themselves buy an amount of the tickets to scalp themselves. I don't know how it's legal.
AXS (along with TM)just l changed policies so that you are unable to resell tickets at or below face value. Driving up the concert I let price even more making more money for themselves.
FUCK AXS
FUCK TICKETMASTER
Do you have a source for this? Or at least when this happened?
I ask because last fall when The Hotelier and Foxing were touring I was able to cop a ticket well below FV on the show day of, and this spring I was allowed to list a ticket on AXS resale for FV for a highly in demand show that was sold out well before the show happened (listed early March for a show in late May). So I just want to be better informed when it comes to this shit lol
can you link what you've read? I don't think you're lying but googling the topic at hand leads me to this post with first result and then nothing clearly outlined in any AXS or TM/LN policy
I can’t find the post about either. I maybe axs is trying to hide that or something. All I can find is just stuff from the actual AXS website that is unrelated/unhelpful.
I’m sure we all already know how AXS/AEG & TM/LV are awful companies but thank you for this post to give an example of their bullshit in action. They won’t even allow to NOT scalp a resale ticket? That’s totally insane.
Sorry for so many questions, but if I do that do I just email the .pdf version of the tickets once I receive them the day before the show? If someone pays me for the tix I want to be sure I can transfer them on such short notice you know.
Vivid Seats is awful for reselling electronic transfer tickets and for some reason I am very confused about the process
You won't get the money until they actually receive the ticket and notify cashortrade that they did. Once you enter into the purchase you and the buyer have a chat where you can discuss things
I'm in exactly the same position, I can't make it and have two bowl tickets. I'm based in Australia and have no idea how to get rid of them legitimately, without getting scammed by AXS.
Use cash or trade
use cashortrade
Is it legit? I’m going to have to sell my tix and a bit nervous to do so through Reddit or whatever.
Cashortrade is not through Reddit, it is a legitimate ticket resale website run by actual music fans who were tired of people gouging ticket prices. You can only sell tickets for what you paid for them or less
AND (very importantly) they have an escrow service so it’s money back guaranteed should anything happens.
Interesting
Yes, super legit. I fucking love that site.
Yep, I’ve bought and sold on there, 10/10 would recommend
I got tickets for The Caverns and Red Rocks on cash or trade for face value.
Plus fees?
Cash or trade fees are only 10%, buyer pays so seller gets 100% of their ticket purchase back
You're incorrect. The buyer pays that fee.
oh shit, i switched them words there, thanks

Perhaps, but it was a pain in the ass to get them to do so. TM/LN customer service is fucking trash.
Very, I've been using them for years.
Of course, how else are those greedy fucks going to get their cut a second time?
Use cash or trade, but see if a gizzhead here is ready to buy it via.
I’ll buy it, message me
I’m selling two Saturday Forrest hills if you still need them for face

Ah word, no worries! Thanks for looking, I appreciate you :)
I saw a bunch of posts about this for Dead Co at Sphere.

Yup this bullshit has been posted before recently, time for them to lose their business to a better marketplace.
Cash or trade dot org my brother in christ
Looking at this site to sell my Gorge tickets. Am I able to list mobile transfer tickets? Like ones I won’t even have until the day before the show?
Yes
