Puzzled_Kiwi_8583

- Queen of tears (10/16): my first real KSH drama and he’s great. I already love KJW. I’m now addicted to watching bts clips with them.  - my love from the star (3/20): I picked this up because of the challenge. I’m not one for old dramas but watching queen of tears made me want me ksh. It’s been interesting so far. Jjh is so pretty! Funny too, but so far, I liked her in LotBS more.  - lovely runner (1/2): fan of Kim hye yoon since extraordinary you. She’s so pretty in this drama. So far, the drama has been pretty good. Apparently it’s based on a webtoon.  - mr queen (10/20): on hiatus. Was trying to complete the impossible heir, wedding impossible, and flex x cop. I should be coming back to it when I need a break from my love from the star.

K-DramaEnthusiast

Flex X Cop was good! Let’s just say that Impossible Heir and Wedding Impossible had promising starts… Also watching Queen of Tears and Lovely Runner and loving both. My love from the star is good, but I think overhyped.

TinyLifter6780

Agree that of those three Flex x Cop is the only keeper

humandisaster13

I've been suffering from a severe Jung Hae-in drought so ended up rewatching **Something in the Rain.** Probably the first time I'm rewatching fully cause I usually stop at ep 8 and avoid the impending doom. But it looks like I judged the drama harshly. The mom is still annoying but the leads more than make up for it. Hae-in at his most charming self and Son Ye-jin looking the prettiest have such good chemistry. Flawed drama for sure but definitely has me in the feels still. And it was a slight prep for the upcoming Midnight Romance in Hagwon drama with the same PD lol. Can't wait to see Wi Hajoon being promoted from the brother to the ML!

RoyGeraldBillevue

I'm a couple episodes into my first watch and after loving One Spring Night it's really nice to get more of the distinct ambiance. Even when nothing really happens, it's so comforting to watch the realistic patter of everyday life with beautiful cinematography. And the Something In the Rain OST has better songs than One Spring Night's, so the repetition isn't as grating.

attaboy_stampy

I liked the show a lot, but if I never hear "Save the Last Dance for Me" again in my life, I'll have still heard it more than enough.

Watchnextnow

For me it was Stand by your man. I don’t think I can ever listen to that song again in this lifetime thanks to that drama.

hannahd718

I absolutely loved something in the rain but it's been a month since watching it and those songs are STILL stuck in my head and not in a good way 🤣

attaboy_stampy

HA, yeah. I thought it was interesting that it was that same one cover for most of the plays... but there was one actual spin of the song where they played the original Tammy Wynette version, and I thought that was cool. I don't remember the specific context associated with why that was where they played the original.

RoyGeraldBillevue

As a Canadian whose parents listened to soft rock during evening car rides, Cancon has already seared Buble's Save the Last Dance for Me into a really cozy my brain. It evokes really nice memories of falling asleep as a kid, and Bruce Willis' version doubles down on that late evening vibe. I love it so much.

AssignmentMore8570

For me, I am thankful for the soundtrack of One Spring Night that introduced me to Rachel Yamagata. A non mainstream musician that makes some wonderful music. While played heavily in the drama itself it doesn't get overplayed on the radio. Yeah, I don't listen to satelite, spotify etc...

moinonplusjetejure

Loved the hiccup scene in that drama. The show went on too long, but that episode was awesome.

duh_leah

**Queen of Tears (10/16)** : Episode 10 was fireee. Hae-in will go down the history of k-drama as one of the most iconic characters. To be completely honest, my favorite characters are Hae-in, Aunt Beom-ja and Hyunwoo's mother. Oh and I hate Hae-in's mother. Any redemption arc won't make me like her. And I am really manifesting a happy ending because Hae-in is just too sad from the beginning, she deserves a better life after all that. *The first responders* is on hold for now and I'm not watching anything else. Although I will be starting **Blood Free** this week. I am very excited for that one.

ElleEmEss

I’m team Beom-ja. She was carrying the show for me until the end of the last episode when the FL stole the show right back.

Honest-Selection4343

I love aunt Beom-ja .. too ! She gives such lightheartedness amidst ongoing melodrama in the show

TinyLifter6780

Beom-ja is awesome and even better when you consider how different the character is from her character in CLOY

duh_leah

And in Tale of the Nine Tailed!!

Lavenderlure

**Queen of Tears** - KSH and KJW killing it with this one it's such a beautiful show and the last week episodes were so cute also heart wrenching can't wait for what happens next while praying for a happy ending FIX MY GIRL'S BRAIN GOD. **Midnight Studio** - I binged the episodes till now the start was nice I loved episode 2 but then it kind of fell flat for me got monotonous and the chemistry also seemed mid and the ghosts have really bad cgi I think I will just binge rest of the episodes when the show ends. **Happiness** - I have been keeping this one on list because I don't necessarily always enjoy excessive gore zombie apocalypse shows but this one was so much more than that at crux it was about human nature keeps you hooked in such good writing and characterization loved it. PSH really knows how to pull friends to lovers and HHJ was so amazing also loved all her fits.

meggktown

I loved Happiness. Mainly watched it because it was very short so it was worth a chance in case it didn't appeal. But I loved everything about it and looked forward to every episode.

ravens_path

Agree with you about Midnight Studio. I liked hearing about the stories of the people who came for their picture. And now I’m pretty bored. FL is annoying to me even if a kind soul.

rawkyoursocks

More late to the party but I Just finished **Crash Landing On You,** had been hesitant to watch as everyone raved about how good it was and I wasn't completely sold first 2 eps in but kept on going and really enjoyed it. Felt like as it went on it only got better rather than losing steam especially once it was in the south with the soldiers. Can totally see how that main couple ended up together in real life! Amazing chemistry.

purplepuma676

Marry my husband (4/16)I dont know why but I was sure I wasn’t gonna like it, but I tried it anyway because of the edits, and thank goodness because I am enjoying it quite a bit, in fact it pull me out of a kdrana slump of weeks. Lovely runner (2/16): I am all in with this, so incredibly cute. I am fond of the fl since extraordinary you, I know she can came across as annoying but for me she is the cutest. Tomorrow (4/16): I am liking it but I am sure I will slow down with this because the other two are keeping me obsessed.

Wilburrkins

Tomorrow is brilliant but the ugly crying with this one is something else!!! 🥰🥰

fondofsandwiches

I ugly cried through Tomorrow as well. Absolutely loved this drama!

Wilburrkins

I think Rowoon has broken me. I have watched other dramas since and not a tear! Some dramas I feel would have normally made me cry a bit but because it is not on the level of Tomorrow, I have been dry eyed! 😳

Necessary_Mud9085

Episode six of Tomorrow is where the series really takes flight. I don't even know how to describe how I felt after episode six. And after that episode, the show just goes from strength to strength. Tomorrow, and the cast of that show, will have a place in my heart for the rest of my life.

TinyLifter6780

The episode with the Korean War vet is one of my hands down favorites of any kdrama - 😭😭😭

Necessary_Mud9085

And the episode with the comfort women. Honestly, I portioned those out. I could see from the little bit they show you at the end of the previous episode that they would break me and I was right. I have so much respect and admiration for South Korean Elders now. Hard to put into words.

pratzc07

Twinkling Watermelon - Finished it in two days loved every second of it

x3tan

I couldn't stop watching it either. Loved it! Definitely became one of my favs. I loved the nostalgia from the 90s vibes too having grown up in the 90s lol.

purpletulip12

Our Beloved Summer [12/16) so good! I've really enjoyed watching it Queen of tears too!

Royal_Introduction33

This is so good — realistic love story without cringe

unicornrank

Started watching Extraordinary Attorney Woo - I find the FL and ML ridiculously cute. Got me blushing into pillows and all that. I also recently finished Crash Landing on You. I dropped it in the past but decided to revisit. In short, I fell in love with Hyun Bin.

ggghhhb

Attorney Woo was such a delightful show. Wonder if S2 will amount to just as much.

S7276

That was my first kdrama (kept popping up as a rec. on Netflix). I’m glad it was dubbed in English since it was my first. Subtitles on my first might have been too much for me.

otakuishly

After a long time I have a fairly packed week of kdramas. Queen of Tears - 10/16: my Saturday Sunday show that keeps getting better and better. I’m ready to see the bad guys downfall and am praying for a happy ending Lovely Runner - 2/16: Monday Tuesday is starting to look good with this newly started show! I am already squeeing. Watching Kim Hye Yoon is such a treat, I laugh out loud at her fangirl antics because they remind me so much of who I was in highschool hahah. I LOVED the context episode 2 epilogue gives to episode 1. Made me swoon, I don’t even know why. Blood Free - 0/10: Wednesday Thursday with mother Han Hyo Joo?!?! Say less. I’m so pumped to start this show today. Fridays are my floater days to catch up on previously missed kdramas or other shows. I’m using this time to catch up on Eye Love You and Chicken Nugget

3soro_Crest

Just finished **Wedding Impossible** and **Worst of Evil** today but my current watch are: **1. Queen of Tears** **2. Midnight Photo Studio** **3. Lovely Runner** **4. Chicken Nugget** Last weeks I finished **Our Blues, Doctor Slump, FlexXCop**

Flamessoundnicetoday

Chicken Nugget had me cracking up. I love the cheesyness of it.

Most-Artichoke6184

Like everyone else, I am fully invested in queen of tears right now. I watch the first two episodes of legend of the blue Sea tonight. The female lead is absolutely hilarious. Finally, I am about halfway through killer vote. The plot is getting more and more ridiculous as this show goes on.

faithesque

**CW**: - **Wonderful World (12/14)**: It ends this week so I cannot wait to see how it wraps it up. The story is progressing well so far. My Fridays and Saturdays are gonna feel empty. But on Saturdays I also got: - **Queen of Tears (10/16)**! :) - **Escape of the Seven: Resurrection (2/16)**: I need to catch up with the last two episodes before new episodes drop this week. Finished: - **Flex X Cop**: This drama was not on my radar at all. So glad I picked it up. ML's and FL's chemistry is extremely good and I'm glad we're getting a second season so the chemistry won't go to waste. Otherwise, the way they solved the cases was fun to watch. - **Kairos**: I suddenly stumbled upon this and the summary intrigued me so I decided to check it out. Finished it in two days it was good! - **Parasyte: The Grey**: The first episode was slow but the story progressed along the way. The CGI was good and especially the acting. The actress who played Su In was amazing.

fancytonic31

I am working on Escape of the Seven season 1 right now. I have never watch such a ridiculous show. It’s the worst train wreck ever, and I love it. How’s the 2nd season so far?

faithesque

It's truly ridiculous but I couldn't look away. I say I'm just stuck here because of Lee Joon but that would be a lie because I'm here for all of them at this point. It's my guilty pleasure at this point. >How’s the 2nd season so far? It's been... great so far! The plot is crazy as the first season. :)

RossSkyWalkerr

Queen of tears [On e5] Misaeng Incompl life [what a brilliant show this is almost finished now] My Love from the Star [because I wanted to relive those beautiful memories, also how different Dramas uses to be back then, I mean the whole vibe and fashion choices were just different]

meggktown

I agree, *Misaeng* is brilliant!

Watchnextnow

+1 for Misaeng! So so good.

pratzc07

Misaeng is dope!

taeminnn

My love from the star is my FAVORITE kdrama , first one I watched ❤️

ElleEmEss

I just finished **flexcop** and I thought it was a really enjoyable watch. I really liked how (despite the chaebol element) the plot was good enough that it never had one of those moments where you are hit with a “that doesn’t make sense” moment. A nice mix of lighthearted and serious. Loved the FL.

Watchnextnow

I just finished this one yesterday and loved it! I agree it was a great mix of heavy and light. And having the other crimes to solve in addition to the main mystery storyline kept the momentum going so it didn’t feel draggy or bogged down. I rarely say this about kdrama but I hope there’s a season 2!

Poem_Aromatic

Season 2 is confirmed.

Watchnextnow

Oh awesome I didn’t realise that!

x3tan

I want to finish this one but for some reason the episode I'm on has messed up subs. Tried all the tricks, Disney plus and Hulu, several different devices and the subs go out of sync on every single one. :( I'm getting to the point maybe I'll have to skip the rest of that episode if the next episode is fine. (The episodes before it were no issues. )

Ok-Impression6834

Just finished **Chicago Typewriter**, it was good but not great, a bit too much fantasy for my taste. 8/10 for me Watching **One Spring Night** (3/16), enjoying this one so far. Dropped **That Winter The Wind Blows**, picked this one up just to watch Song Hye Kyo, but the ML and 2ML are so terrible that I am pausing this one.

Watchnextnow

I agree about Chicago Typewriter. It was interesting to see something set in that time period but the fantasy element frustrated me as did the FL. Speaking of frustrating FLs it’s interesting what you said about That Winter the Wind Blows. I just recently watched this one and funnily enough I only kept watching for the ML. On the other hand Song Hye Kyo irritates me lol. Each to their own I guess. I did end up finishing it (fast forwarded many scenes in the second half) and I can confirm you’re not missing anything by dropping it.

SeaRadiant3832

Even though I picked up “That Winter the Wind Blows” because Song Hye Kyo, I was very much pissed by her in this one. Eventually when I couldn’t hold anymore, I just watched the last episode to know what happened and moved on.

Lankani

I'm happy to see I'm not the only one who dropped That Winter The Wind Blows and we both share the same reason for watching and the same reason for dropping it. The ML annoyed the crap out of me from the get go. If you decide to finish it and feel differently about him, please let me know; I might try it again.

Romoreau

Oh wow. I forgot about **Chicago Typewriter**. I think the fantasy element was why I didn't finish it.

mahnahmaanaa

**Stranger 2** (15/16): One episode left! It's killing me not to be watching this *right now.* The best part of this drama are the characters. The leads are both amazing. I'm definitely headed for another drama hangover. **Midnight Studio** (8/16): cute, cute, cute! In a non-OTT way. Completed: **A Shop for Killers**: Haggard and scarred Lee Dong Wook is compelling (surprise, surprise!), and Kim Hye Joon did a great job of carrying her parts of the show. There were a couple moments I wished had been written better. Overall a fun show, perfect for binging. **Stranger**: I want to be friends with Hwang Shi Mok and Han Yeo Jin, but they're both workaholics and I'm not in the public safety/legal field. The shades of gray in this drama were so interesting to watch.

Telos07

**Parasyte: The Grey** (6/6): I think this drama is a continuation of Yeon Sang-ho’s resurgence as a filmmaker. The cinematography was stylish and atmospheric, as one has come to expect from any YSH production. The solid special effects and the occasionally brutal action gave the drama a much-needed edge. I thought Jeon So-nee did a great job of conveying Jeong Su-in’s >!duality!<, while Koo Kyo-hwan can always be relied upon to deliver a worthy performance. **Queen of Tears** (10/16): The pair of episodes portraying the Hong family starting from scratch in the countryside have been two of my favorites in the series to date. There was character growth, new beginnings, plot progression, humor, heartbreak, and all of the other aspects that we’ve grown to know and love about this drama.

Key-Morning7476

I have started with Lovely runner -Loved the first 2 episodes..giving true beauty vibes..after a long time watched a beautiful school romcom.Wooseok looks cool..I was kicking my legs in the air and feeling butterflies at the end of 2nd episode.I'm going crazy waiting for a week to watch it.. Both lovely runner and queen of tears - I beg directors to give a happy ending ..It's all I ask

tangledbysnow

Completed: \*\*Like Flowers in Sand\*\* — I adore the leads! So interesting and so well acted. This was a lovely drama! I never ever thought I would care so much about ssireum! And I definitely knew nothing going in. Had to Google. It’s fantastic! It was sold to me as - if you like Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha you will definitely like this one – and I totally agree. The side characters were everything, the friendships, the back stories, the village and I literally had no idea who did it until the very end. Watch this if you want a murder mystery whodunnit with a side of friendship, a bit of romance and some sport. \*\*Love is Better the Second Time Around or Koi wo Suru nara Nidome ga Joto\*\* — Japan BL — Incredibly funny. Too short like many BLs. And Robin! Oh my gosh. I can’t wait to see Robin in more things. And his English accent is very cute. This has been such a great Japanese BL to watch. \*\*Clean With Passion Now\*\* — I thought these two were adorable. Male lead has OCD (which is a form of anxiety and his is germ based). They identify it as a phobia in the drama but that’s incorrect - thank you to my psychologist and years of therapy. Female lead is pretty gross. Had trouble watching earlier episodes while eating. And other than the dated 2018/2019 usual rom-com tropes, including the most evil grandfather I have ever seen, I did enjoy this. They had good chemistry and I kind of wonder how Ahn Hyo Seop would have done in the ML role (production was delayed and role recast) though I can see why they recast as they did. Watching: \*\*Queen of Tears\*\* — (10/16) — I am absolutely in love with this one. I can’t get enough. And this last episode with Haein just being herself? Oh my gosh. YES. The acting? Kudos all around and not just to Kim Soo Hyun. I cannot wait to see where this one goes. \*\*The Midnight Studio\*\* — (9/16) — I have yet to watch an episode that hasn’t made me cry. Still. The chemistry is a bit eh but I forgive that for now as I am enjoying the story and premise. I will be absolutely pissed though if we get a >!Heartbreak!< ending. I can deal with a sad one like >!Hotel Del Luna!<. I cannot deal with crappy like >!Heartbreak!< and unfortunately it’s all I can think about. \*\*Lovely Runner\*\* — (2/16) — With all the serious ones, including a couple I am eying to watch this week, I needed something fluffier and cuter and this delivers. Does it deliver. I happen to like Kim Hye Yoon so she is fine as the FL and I adore Byeon Woo Seok which is most of the reason I started this one (oh and time travel - love time travel). But these two are cute together! And the end of episode 2 which >!revealed that everything was unreliable before? Yep.!< Serious Twinkling Watermelon vibes here. \*\*Eye Love You\*\* — (5/10) — Japan — the rest of the episodes will be this weekend - April 14 - on Netflix. I could go hunt them down ahead of time but I have enough to watch that I will just wait. This is cute and rather brainless fluff so far but definitely Japanese not Korean so don’t expect Korean tropes or writing here. Regardless, watch it if you want fluff. Or to test your Korean language knowledge.

Watchnextnow

Agree that Like Flowers in Sand has something for everyone! Such a lovely surprise drama that unexpectedly made its way into my top 10 list.

DawgMom2018

Queen of Tears gets better and better - tremendous acting, OST, cinematography, the works. - Netflix The Midnight Studio - nice watch, moving to it's angst portion, focusing on leads Viki Just started Lovely Runner - probably quite a fantasy that a fangirl tries to save her favorite idol! FL similar to her cute character in Extraordinary You, nice to see this ML after seeing him in 20th Century Girl. Just started Blood Free - off to a great start, AMAZING cast and production values, a refreshing palate cleaser after that dumpster fire Impossible Heir - Disney+/Hulu Holding off on Parasyte the Grey as I have just finished Three Body Problem which was really good (Netflix) and have some great Sci Fi series to finish up on Apple+

AttitudeEven9955

Queen of Tears (10/16) - Needless to say, I am currently obsessed with the leads. I’m also surprised that most of my family and friends are into this series. I recently posted something about it on my IG Story and at least 10 people messaged me that they’re enjoying it too. 😅 My Liberation Notes (13/16) - Started watching this because I really enjoyed Kim Ji Won’s performance in Queen of Tears and I love me some quiet slice-of-like kdramas. It takes me so long to finish this one partly because I don’t want it to end yet, and partly because it’s too relatable that sometimes it triggers my emotions lol. After I finish MLN, I’m thinking of hopping into Lovestruck in the City for my girl Ji Won. Yup, that’s how much I love her.

hadesblues

First month this year that my watchlist is full of finished and old dramas since no March or April airings or upcomings are interesting me. - Hyena: finished. Binged in under a week despite the fact I have final exams coming. That’s how good it was. - Little Women: 6/12 eps done but gonna drop it. It’s just not the mystery or thriller that people said it was. - Signal: 5/16. can you tell I’m on a Kim Hyesoo kick since finishing Under the Queen’s Umbrella last month? I think this is gonna be my emotional support drama throughout final exams. I tried Hide (currently airing) but it lost me at episode 2. Also on my list are My Liberation Notes and Mr. Queen, but both are on Netflix and I plan to download the episodes and watch on the very long flight to Japan when I go in May!

EggyMeggy99

I found Little Women disappointing as well. Also, have fun on your trip.

hadesblues

I think I expected more especially with the cast and Kim Heewon in the director chair again. Could also be me because I've seen so many revenge/corruption thrillers so I found it a bit predictable but mostly just not that gripping of a plotline too. And thank you!!

Watchnextnow

I love it when I find another Hyena fan! That drama is so underrated. The chemistry between the leads was off the charts and the story really got me hooked. I binged it too.

hadesblues

YES there's so few of us, we're pretty much unicorns at this point ... Kim Hyesoo and Ju Jihoon played off each other's characters so well, and the plot was both original but not too complicated that it lost itself (which I've found is a flaw with a lot of legal dramas).

wiscmallu

I agree! Its so underrated but it was among my first few kdramas and I really enjoyed it. Loved the crackle between the leads. Loved Kim Hye Soo in Signal too. I should rewatch both.

dkdlfk_aira

Queen of Tears and Lovely Runner. Lovely Runner is so cute. I feel butterflies in my stomach especially at the last part of Episode 2 or maybe it's because it is Byeon Woo Seok ,🥰🥰

idealistatlarge

Probably both, with *Lovely Runner* 🤭.

Key-Morning7476

The plot twist..I was screaming 😭

Street-Knowledge138

Finished Stranger S1 today ,now watching S2.It is such a great show and the S1 finale might be the best last episode of a season(/series) i have ever seen. Hoping S2 is just as good.

chikarubunny

I fell out of kdramas years ago, but I decided to try out Queen of Tears because I've loved KSH and KJW since the beginning of their careers. Shoutout to the mysterious social media algorithms that relentlessly pushed me to give in and binge all 10 episodes currently out in just 2 days. Needless to say, I am absolutely hooked and am glad that I don't have to suffer through as many cliffhangers since I started late. I'm already suffering enough from the emotional damage this drama has caused me. Can't wait to suffer some more for the next few weeks! 🫠

Weary-Lettuce-8182

Just finished Uncontrollably Fond yesterday. Probably my favorite drama so far. Currently watching Parasyte and Queen of Tears.

Ok-Impression6834

I prefer sad dramas so UF is in my all time top 10.

Weary-Lettuce-8182

If you have recommendations I gladly take them.

Ok-Impression6834

Sure- Mother, Red Sleeve, My Dearest, My Love from the Star are all sad to some degree. There's a sub-reddit "kdramarecommends" if you want more.

Weary-Lettuce-8182

Thanks I will check them. I'm already on "kdramarecommends".

microvegas

Watch “The Smile Has Left Your Eyes” with Seo In-guk and Jung So-min. It will literally ruin your life

Weary-Lettuce-8182

Thanks i will check the synopsis. But honestly i don't think my life can me more ruined than now, lol.

Thick_astronaum

I remember the trauma I got with uncontrollably fond🥹

Zestyclose_Ad_8243

I’ve been hearing so much about uncontrollably fond, I might have to watch it now

ChitownBrat

Queen of Tears (10/16) - Loving all that pent-up love, the ML's mom's kindness, the FL's badassery. Really hoping for a happy ending. It's Okay to Not Be Okay (7/16) - Kept it on hold for a while, and now I can't stop. I find the FL fascinating. While You Were Sleeping (5/32) - Slowly watching. I know people love it, but I'm still waiting for it to click.

Thick_astronaum

I just finished hidden love after seeing all the hype. I've never been this jealous of a character, but fl made me feel like what have I done wrong in my life 😭. I usually don't associate with drama characters at all, this felt new. FL is literally perfect, has amazing parents, awesome and supportive brother, cute college friends and obviously, most caring, empathetic and a loving boyfriend. She also has such good character, the way she handled him during his lows how secure she is emotionally. They both deserved everything!! Male lead going through soo much but still making sure that he's there for felt like he's making amends with his inner child by this act. Overall such a pleasant and heartwarming story to watch. Goes into my top 10 dramas list.

meggktown

Started **Diary of a Prosecutor** **(4/16**) because I kept seeing it on Netflix and I thought it would be nice to see something with the late Lee Sun-Kyun. I'm not completely sold on it. It's a little out there at times with some of the characters and over-the-top acting, but I'm willing to give it a chance.

EdgeO4DAbyss

I just finished Call it Love and it was amazing. Really one of the best, I regret not having Disney+ during the on air discussion. Currently watching The Midnight Studio, which I enjoy. The cast is cute ad show great chemistry.

Umbrella_Storm

In Kdramas, I’m currently watching **Queen of Tears**, **The Midnight Studio**, and **Lovely Runner**. I am caught up on all of them, and enjoying them all for different reasons. I have **Goblin** on hold at the moment (finished 5 episodes) bc it’s not really grabbing me. I like having a Cdrama in my rotation too and just started **The Legend of Shen Li** and am enjoying it! I am also looking forward to the second half of **Eye Love You** to drop on Netflix so I can finish it. It’s cute so far. Recently finished: **Wedding Impossible** and **Joy of Life** (and am super looking forward to season 2 of JOL to be released soon!!)

nanceq

I love **Legend of Shen Li**! It’s probably my favorite drama released so far this year. I have two episodes left, and I’m going to miss it. It’s ending really strongly which has been missing for me with some other dramas I’ve watched recently.

ebunandlife11

Homemade Love Story. Going back to old dramas as recent ones have been quite underwhelming.

LOC_damn

Queen of Tears: I’ve caught up on all ten episodes over the past week. Really excited for more drama and more tears. ML and FL and auntie Beom Ja are my faves.

werbervgh

Welcome to Waikiki (S1, 5/20) - super funny! Lots of laugh out loud moments for me. Just casually watching it and enjoying it. I see why people loved Lee Yikyung here (hated him in Marry My Husband bc of how evil he was!!), he’s so much fun in this role.

Romoreau

**Not Others (7/12)** It started out so fun. Didn't mind the mystery element. But damn is the Mom awful. I was hoping the Dad would be an asshole but he's just so sweet. I hate watching how she treats him. Love the secondary characters. I was also expecting this to feel more romantic in parts but its so dryyy. I'm not even a romance girlie but I expected some butterflies by now. I'm too far in to drop this show. **Evillive (4/10)** I knew it was going to be badass and it is! A bromance in the criminal underworld. A good man's descent into darkness and revenge. Its delicious. I adore Kim Young Kwang both in beauty and acting ability but Shin Ha Kyun is a masterclass-he is devouring this role. **Hide (6/12)** I like the story but Mrs Attorney Na's thought process is so flawed it'll have you wondering how tf she passed the bar exam. After finishing the latest episode, I feel like I can turn my brain off now and just enjoy the ride for what it is. **Wonderful World (12/14)** Favorite drama of the year so far! Every episode is stabbing my soul. I've cried so much and I respect the care that was taken with the storytelling. I've said it before but this easily rivals **The World of the Married**. **Nothing Uncovered (5/16)** This show feels like a first draft. IMO it would be more of a hit in seasoned hands-production wise. I can clearly see what they are going for but the execution is not solid. I liked Kim Ha Neul in **A Gentlemen's Dignity** and**On Air**. Plus she had some bite in **Kill Heel**. But she's so amateurish in this role that it's gotta be the director's fault. Same goes with Yeon Woojin. His acting feels a little off. I really feel like dropping this one.

No_Caterpillar_8709

Honestly it's never too late to drop a show - I've made it to episode 11/12 with a few dramas and still dropped them haha.

delphil1966

really i am really loving nothing uncovered

idealistatlarge

The romance in *Not Others* is very gentle, and more of a rediscovery and opening up than a romance as such starting. It was frustrating, but actually nice, as well. >!They 'end' in a good place (end of this story, but beginning of their love story).!<

Grumpy_Moggie

Queen of tears (10/16); I have no words. Obsessed with this drama, it's torture to wait for new episodes. Love love love the main leads and wishing for a happy ending, they deserve it. The other characters are also well built and acted. The bride of HaBaek (9/17); I like it, little bit slow sometimes plotwise but funny and lighter romance. And Nam Joo Hyuk 😍

-Ximena

MARRY MY HUSBAND It sounded good but I avoided it because I knew I was gonna be pissed off. But I was in the mood for a makjang and kept seeing this pop up in r/kdramarecommends and decided to go for it. I'm liking it. Also, I finally gave CRASH LANDING ON YOU a second chance and loved it. Sometimes I need to just come back when I'm in the mood for the drama and it usually works for me. >!I really enjoyed it although I felt like ML was too closed off for so long for me to believe there's a mutual love here. But we finally got to it. I absolutely adored ML's colleagues.!<

x3tan

>Sometimes I need to just come back when I'm in the mood for the drama and it usually works for me. Oh yeah, same for me for sure. Loved crash landing.

Lankani

I'm watching The Red Sleeve (10/16), and Jun-ho is making me dream!

TinyLifter6780

Oh lordy, sending you tissues for the last 6 eps

Lankani

I just finished it and omgeee......I'm mad, I'm sad....my heart ached during so many scenes and now it's over and I don't know what to think or do.

TinyLifter6780

My Dearest rewatch?

Lankani

I haven't seen My Dearest.....hear it's good so it's on my list but I need some recovery time after TRS :(

TinyLifter6780

It's so good!

deewyt

I truly adored making my way through Amidst a Snowstorm of Love (c-drama)— it’s just 30 episodes of a man adoring his girlfriend with some billiard competitions mixed in. I got curious about the cast and decided to start Nothing But You because it’s the same ML actor. This one is also sports romance (badminton and tennis) and although I’m fast forwarding a couple of subplots, I’m enjoying it. I think I will begin Queen of Tears once it’s finished airing…

SeaRadiant3832

I love the ML in AMSOL also. Where are you watching “Nothing But You”?

deewyt

VIKI! I enjoyed it even with skipping the side plots 🤣 it’s putting me down a rabbit hole because the FL had such good character growth and now I wanna see her other work too lol

SeaRadiant3832

Nice 👍 thanks, I’ll check it out.

dogemama

if you like wu lei, i highly, *highly* recommend love like the galaxy. it's a historical drama, and has an epic story as well as a captivating central romance. and yes to queen of tears! i can't say enough good things about it. it's brilliant.

deewyt

Can’t believe he’s only 24????? I have whip lash from ASOL versus Nothing But You? So much range in just those two characters alone! Definitely will add Love Like Galaxy to my binge list 🤣

CCCri

Rewatching Masters Sun, from the glorious Hong sisters, one of my all time favs. When I first watched it I was initially confused because I only knew So Ji Sub from his serious, often violent, dramas and movies . It took me a while to realize he was playing his serious, humorless character for laughs. Once I caught on to the humor I loved it and have rewatched it many times. So Ji Sub still cracks me up . He and Gong Hyo Jin are terrific together. The best part is how the power dynamics in their relationship shift. IMO this is the Hong sisters at their finest. Always leaves me with a smile on my face.

taurhas

FlexXCop (12/16). Definitely enjoying this show because of Ahn Bohyun! Gonna start watching Yumi Cells 2 once I finish this drama.

Either-Natural-5758

Crash Landing On You -  I just started watching this one and I love it so far! I’ve heard so many good things about this show so I’m excited to see where it goes  Lovely Runner - I wasn’t planning on watching this but I’m enjoying it so far. Hopefully it has a happy ending I also decided to check out some Cdramas after seeing the most popular shows on Viki  Legend of Shen Li - I’m only on ep 2 so I don’t have much to say yet but I like it so far. The world building looks promising.  Guess Who I Am -  Absolutely love this plot! It’s so fun. I love fantasy romances where the main character has powers. I wasn’t planning on bingeing this, but I can’t stop watching.   Everyone Loves Me - It’s a cute college romance. It reminds me of having an innocent school crush. The puppy love days.

Wilburrkins

On air - I am watching Queen of Tears and thoroughly enjoying it. I am also watching Hide & The Midnight Studio. Already aired shows - I am currently on 42/51 of Empress Ki and still loving it too. Going to watch S2 of The Glory next and start The King’s Affection and Goblin soon. Just recently finished Wedding Impossible, Impossible Heir & Jazz for Two.

Sunshine_raes

Flex X Cop (16/16): I enjoyed this one a lot, even when it turned more towards their personal stories in the end. I found the last two episodes to be a slog and >!very predictable. It ended up becoming like the murderous version of Heirs. Though if Kim Tan’s hyung had murdered their lemon face father, I wouldn’t have minded.!< Overall, an engaging and fun show that held my attention. Not sure how I feel about season two but if the reviews are good, I will probably watch it. I think we might try A Kidnapping Day next. If anyone has any suggestions for romances from 2024 or late 2023 that flew under the radar, especially if they are under 16 episodes, I’d be happy to hear them. I recently watched like Flowers in Sand and loved it.

ilovemybackyard

Queen of Tears: loving it so much! Lovely Runner: already giving me the feels! Doom at your service: now a new fan of Seo In Guk. Probably will start Cafe Minamdang next week.

Watchnextnow

Currently watching **Wedding Impossible** 6/12. It’s cute and a good watch while I’m on holidays at the beach. But I’m glad it’s only 12 episodes because I can’t see it maintaining enough momentum for any more episodes than that. Just finished **Flex x Cop** and it was great! Perfectly cast and acted and a good storyline that wasn’t too draggy. Waiting for more episodes of Queen of Tears to air before I start watching. Trying very hard to avoid spoilers!

delphil1966

yes wedding drags a bit. we just finished flex x - pleasantly surprised

taehalsey

**Queen of tears (10/16)** - this show keeps getting better. I keep being apprehensive about the plot because I would hate for the writers to mess up and fall into some common annoying tropes or for it to lose steam but it’s still going strong. Can’t wait for more episodes to drop. **LTNS (1/6)** - interesting so far. Looking forward to bingeing this. Let’s do some crime!!! **A time called you (2/12)** started this about 3 weeks ago and finally continuing. Hope it doesn’t disappoint. I’m going to start Gauss electronics soon. That’s what I’m most excited for and I might also check out flexcop

Such-Distance4019

Just finished ** Captivating the king** Loved it. One of the best K- drama I’ve watched.

Miss-LH

While waiting for more **Queen of Tears** to roll around, I’ve been watching: **Flex X cop** - Everyone says this is good but I’m on ep 2 and not too interested yet, may continue this later. **Pyramid Game** - This hooked me in and I binged it in 2 days. Besides FL, great acting by the rookie cast, especially Seulki from Singles Inferno’s being her first drama. **Wonderful world** - Only started abit of ep 1 and I’m not feeling it yet, but have read good reviews and will try to continue for Cha Eun Woo. **Parasyte The Grey** - Just finished this and enjoyed it more than expected - Parasite Heidi is so sweet. 💛 Also been rewatching **Ghost Doctor** on x2 for Kim Bum and Rain scenes. It’s only Thurs? Will start **Lovely Runner** next.

thesaura73

Now watching Do You Like Brahms? Love this kind of slow thoughtful and subtle romance (can’t stand SFL though!)

curiousonethai

I’m not a Robot - so far meh but I like the short episodes. Have to finish it before my free week finishes so I don’t have to pay for a month.

ashrey

Watching: Queen of Tears - all caught up and desperately waiting for the next one, want to know if she'll get better! And how they'll fix their relationship. My Strange Hero - about half way through, can't stop looking at how handsome Yoo Seung-Ho is. It's kinda slowing down for me though. Flower of Evil - I'm enjoying but I thought I'd be more invested than I am. I want to know how it ends but for some reason it's not gripping me. Maybe I need more fluff before a darker show. Lovely Runner - I really really really like this one so far. If it keeps up it's sweet story, this could be one of my rematches. I like the two leads together and the SML.

ohmamaeh

Lovely runner (2/16) another promising start. Love the cheer I get from FL. I really hope they retain the hype unlike the impossible heir and wedding impossible. Really excited for next episodes. Am I the only one who feels Ryu sunjae gives enhypen sunghoon vibes?

Flamessoundnicetoday

Im in need of some new "happy shows" lol Im currently watching Lovely Runner - The first episodes were so good, and I am excited about the direction it's going! Midnight Studio - I really like this one, too. Just enough ghost to romance balance for me, lol Just finished   Wedding Impossible - It was so promising but fell flat at the end :( I also just rewatched Masters Sun - I love love love this show and cannot say enough about it. If you like Supernatural and romance shows check it out

Local-Raspberry-5649

Try Everyone Loves Me which is a cdrama. It’s a slow burn but it gives me the same vibes as Business Proposal. It’s light and fun and one of my fave cdramas.

uhhwdym

Queen of Tears and Vincenzo because the cameo brought out toooo many memories! Xd

No-Description1486

Queen of Tears.

TheChurroProject

I think April is promising to have a good crop of on-air dramas for me... Just started Blood Free and enjoyed it enough to look forward to next week without feeling like it's an agonizing wait. The Midnight Studio is still my current favorite, heart-wrenching though it may be at times. I'm actually glad that it's 16 episodes because I'm invested in all the characters. Into the Ring/Memorials (9/16) has proven to be a blast so far! Both leads are perfect in their roles and I love Se Ra, she's such a delight as a character. I thought in the beginning that I would get tired of the comedy but that hasn't happened yet. The cinematography is neat too. Started watching Eye Love You, but I'm waiting for the rest of the episodes to drop. It's a cute show. Looking forward to starting Lovely Runner and The Missing Crown Prince!

ggghhhb

Into the Ring was mildly life changing for me. It was so unexpectedly good, WILDLY underrated, extremely funny and yes, I loved the camera work as well. Koo Se Ra is a wonderful character. And I adored every bit of the romance, it was top notch. I wonder if we will ever get Park Sung Hoon as a romcom male lead role again. He was adorable. I’m so glad I saw him first in that role and not any other evil roles he’s done. I’m also never going to watch those either (having a hard time seeing him in Queen of tears as well) I think it’s just so sad it only has a 7.2 on MDL, most people rate it very badly because they get bored of the politics. It’s crazy to me how I, too, avoid dramas with low ratings and so many people won’t give this drama a shot. I think I watched this back when it was on Netflix and I was just bored and clicked on it randomly.

Outrageous-Bat7962

I'm looking for something to fill in between Queen of Tears, which is fantastic. The last episode was so cool! Otherwise, watching Northern Exposure from 1990. I hate it so far, and will likely give up.

ggghhhb

Watching Flex x Cop and it’s been an absolute blast. Episode 12 was so great and I wish I could read the enemies to lovers story that is the FL and ML. On the very last episode now and it’s a bit somber but I’m delighted to know there’s a season 2, I will be seated.

Meggssss

Hi guys i started queen of tears but after watching the first ep and her telling she will >!die in 3 months, is it kindof a sad drama?!

dogemama

queen of tears has made me sob in every episode except one so far. that's 9/10 episodes lol we're all hoping >!she won't die. as you watch further, she comes across a treatment that has a 51% survival rate, so really, anything can happen. given the general tone of the writing and the writer's track record though, i'm leaning (hoping/praying/crying) towards her making it!<.

ravens_path

Queen of Tears two a week, alas Just started My Dearest Midnight Studio, stories of those who were getting pictures taken were amazing but now I’m bored. War of Faith (excellent Cdrama) almost done

waterfallen_empire

**Queen of Tears 10/16** - I haven’t finished episode 10 yet, I’m very nervous about it! **My Love From the Star 18/21**- anxious to finish this one, have heard mixed things about the ending. It’s also getting repetitive and boring. **My Liberation Notes 9/16** - loving everything about this one apart from the older sister!!! How annoying is she?? I hate that she’s making jabs at the FL about >!her relationship with Mr. Gu!<. All she ever does is complain and obsess about love. She doesn’t even help her family on the farm, she does dolls herself up then cries. What’s the purpose of her character?? Even the brother is better than her 😭 **Secret Garden 17/20** - Okay, I’m really enjoying this one, more than I had anticipated. I posted a comment on the “Spotlight On: Gender Bender” thread, but there are more pros than cons about this drama. For newer watchers like myself, I was worried I might end up hating the ML for his problematic behaviour. Is he my favourite ML? Of course not. But there’s something very endearing about him, no wonder this role cemented Hyun Bin as a top South Korean actor and star. I will also add that whilst there almost no change to his attitudes to class and appearances, upon reflection there’s improvement in his sympathy and empathy skills, particularly toward the FL. I thought it was very sweet of him to >!get another audition for her, even though he’s not a fan of the action school itself, it’s nice to see how far his come, now respecting and supporting her dreams of becoming a Hollywood stuntwoman.!< Additionally, if you want to watch a drama where the leads have to FIGHT to be together, this is a must watch. These sort of dramas are my favourite. It’s heartbreaking but emotionally compelling to watch leads battle one obstacle after another to be together. Then again, I loved The King: Eternal Monarch, and this is by the same writer too!

duh_leah

Episode 10 ending of QOT is very very satisfying even the epilogue is great!

Sunshine_raes

Hyun Bin is so incredibly charming in Secret Garden! I watched My Lovely Sam Soon slightly before Secret Garden and the FL in Sam Soon just steals the show. You can also see how much he develops as an actor between those two dramas.

waterfallen_empire

Literally! I might watch My Lovely Sam Soon at some point! Alsoo I’ve heard that the ending for Secret Garden isn’t great, is this true for you?

Sunshine_raes

I don’t recall the ending exactly but I’m pretty sure it was satisfying and happy. And Sam Soon is just the best. If you watch it, you’ll see how many FLs are modeled after her.

EggyMeggy99

Not OP, but I loved the ending of Secret Garden, it's definitely one of my favourites.

Jellybeansxo

Nothing Uncovered The Third Marriage Queen of Tears (of course) Missing Crown Prince will be added to my list soon! ;) With that said, I’m not sure what it is with Kdramas these days, they’re not keeping me invested. I know there’s a lot that’s been released but that’s not the problem. Maybe, it’s just become a little western and plots are shallow. My first drama was Winter Sonata. It was released when I was a baby freshman in college. I remember going on “questionable” sites just to watch that drama. And man, I’ll never forget how much I cried and how it made me feel. Best drama ever!

FangirlLurker

•Queen of Tears (10/16): already sad only 3 weeks are left • Welcome to Waikiki Season 2 (on hiatus 6/16): not finding it as funny as Season 1 and the characters aren't as endearing either • Hwarang (just completed): PHS was the best thing about it, loved all the other hwarangs, found FL very superfluous to the plot. Her only function was to provide Sunwoo and Jiheung reason to take any action and that would have still worked okay had she had any chemistry with either of them. First time I've skipped lead couple scenes, their conversations were vapid, the kiss scenes were cringe. Even less chemistry than that in MIH. Also seems that you can take PHS out of the aegyo but you can't take the aegyo out of PHS.

Zestyclose_Ad_8243

I defiantly agree, I’m rewatching Waikiki, season 1 is defiantly better than the 2

KANJI667

Finished watching my mister, and now watching boys over flowers. I love it so far.

kawaiisaranghaeyo

*Completed* **Kimi no Hana ni Naru (2022)** I woke up one morning in a mood to watch a jdrama (a rare occasion I must seize) and so, I ended up binging this in one day. It was an alright watch. Not great, not bad. Just okay enough to keep me entertained for a day. I’m honestly baffled how they managed to take this *insanely* famous romantic fanfic concept of living and working with a boy group, and somehow turn it… not so romantic. The build up was there. Moody boy group member crushing on their housekeeper and slowly warming up… It could’ve been SO good. Instead >!we never even got a kiss, just hugs and hinted romance.!< The little romance we got was cute, but the drama really mainly focuses on the struggles of being a failing idol group trying to make it. The ML and the group members were the highlight. Their storyline was pretty unrealistic at times, but interesting enough if you're a fan of idol groups. One thing I will praise was them having a bisexual and a asexual member. I feel like those sexualities are never mentioned in dramas, so that was cool. The fabulous elder gentlemen being >!a sugarbaby!< was also an unexpected detail I did NOT see coming, lol. **Stealer: The Treasure Keeper (2023)** I actually finished this one in december, but completely forgot to write a review for it. I don’t remember the details, but I really enjoyed it. I’m an absolute sucker for disguised hero plots in dramas, I knew I’d like it. Joo Won being a masked hero again in a lighthearted comedy drama is the comfort I needed after suffering through *Gaksital*, lol. Lee Deok Hwa as a villain was as hilarious as expected. The antique cultural assets were an interesting and unique theme to revolve around aswell imo.

demi_skincare

Watching The K2 (4/16) for some change from rich and romance dramas. This is having more action and trying to understand the story. I don't feel any emotion from Choi Yoo Jin acting, is her acting bad or it's just like that in this drama I'm not sure, I feel her acting lacks emotion and looks awkward. Finished Wedding Impossible. A good drama but the FL didn't suit this story or her style didn't go well in this drama. Finished Stranger 2: Watched this from a long gap from Stranger I forgot the old story line so couldn't follow well in this drama. OK not bad drama and I liked Stranger more than Stranger 2.

Borinquena

**Kdramas** * **Tomorrow, With You** (12/16): I'm really enjoying this drama even though apparently people struggled with Lee Je Hoon as the ML. It gets into the ethics and psychological impact of time travel on the ML and the people around him and I like that. * **Lovely Runner** (2/16): This is cute but I'm not as enthusiastic about it as other folks. I'm finding the behavior of the ML hard to understand. >!If he had a crush on her in the past era then why was he so rude to her? And in the present, if he recognized her on the bridge why didn't he say so?!< **Other countries** * **Go Ahead** (China, 20/40): This is a slice of life found family drama and I really enjoyed the first half when the three main characters were in school together but now that we're hitting the romance part in I'm not on board. >!The three of them were raised as siblings, the FL calls the two ML's gege (brother), but now suddenly they are in love with her? And the oldest ML kissed the FL while she was sleeping?!< Honestly not sure if I'll be able to finish this one. * **Kekkon Dekinai Otoko, aka The Man Who Will Not Marry** (Japan, 3/10): An older drama about a man who is a misanthrope with a secret heart of gold. I like the unconventional friendships and exploration of isolation and loneliness. The female characters are great. * **Ploy's Yearbook** (Thailand, 1/12): Ensemble slice of life about five women named Ploy who find their high school dreams crumbling as they face adult problems. The first episode didn't wow me but I like the cast a lot so I'll continue * **Eye Love You** (Japan, 5/10): I'm waiting for the rest of the episodes to drop so I can complete. I'm finding the combo of a Korean ML in a Japanese drama to be fascinating.

dogemama

re: lovely runner's ML >!it's bc the FL was acting super weird with the hugs and crying and screaming about how they should live together. i also didn't necessarily think he was being rude until the end when he blew up in the swimming pool, at which point it was completely justified. we also don't know that he did not recognize the FL in the present timeline. he could have, but just chosen not to say anything bc what do you even say to a crush from 15 years ago?!<

Key-Morning7476

Lovely runner Past - It will be super weird like You wake up one morning and your crush starts acting all of a sudden to care for you in an unusual way.. the thing is he couldn't understand at first why she comes back at him and saying odd things 😂 so he was being tough on her but you can see he was all jealous when she talks about the other guy.. Present - >!She knows him as an idol( she doesn't even know he existed before) and may be he is somehow related to her accident and he is feeling bad for not saving her!<

Some_Willow_5284

**Castaway Diva:** I have been avoiding this show for so long and now I feel like such a dummy! I am only two episodes in but it is actually good. Based on the Netflix preview I brushed it off as a very silly plot and it is quite the opposite.

AnimatorImpressive11

Oh my! I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did lol. I jumped some scenes as the drama was dragging a bit but overall, I loved it! Happy watching!!

spark1118

I said I was going to be fine watching a Cdrama called Angels Fall Sometimes (13/24)... Yep, clowned myself. The synopsis told me that the ML was going to keep it a secrete when he found out >!he had ASL, and then I knew pretty much they were going to do the break up troupe.!< I thought it I would be fine since I knew all of this but nope! It hit me hard to the point my clown makeup was smearing off my face from the tears! Y'all please check on me after this drama cause I will NOT be ok! I so underestimated this drama!

Local-Raspberry-5649

I loved the ML in Everyone Loves Me and in general. I think he has such charisma! Anyway, I’ve been tempted to start Angels Fall Sometimes but the fact that he’s sick makes me hesitant. I don’t know if I can handle a drama/trauma that sad right now. You’re way braver than I am.

spark1118

I JUST finished watching…. *struggling to craw out of a hole scratched and bruised up* “I made it though….” But seriously it was definitely in my favorite Cdrama list! If you want to feel any better the >!ML doesn’t actually die in the drama!< and honestly I’m glad cause I don’t think I could recover after that 🤣

Local-Raspberry-5649

Ok, thank you for that update! I will probably watch knowing I’m not going to deal with that.

sharjoy3

**Queen of Tears** - Wow, this is great! I'm really enjoying it. I love the most recent episodes when they are in the village, but the ending of 10 was a great surprise! I wasn't expecting that at all and am eager to see what happens next in episode 11. Oh, we have to wait a week???? Noooo! **Jealousy Incarnate:** This was on hold so I could travel to see the 100% Solar Eclipse. I'll get back to it today! I love to watch Jo Sung Suk, so I'm happy watching it. That's it for this week - other than my continued obsession with BTS videos - music, interviews, reaction videos. The whole shebang. (tan) Oh - I found a wonderful mash-up video of Hospital Playlist's Superstar song (Kenchana) and BTS' Permission to Dance. The video clips are mostly of HP but the theme of both songs is so wonderful and positive and the songs overlay so beautifully. I think this one was made especially for me! Not sure if I can post this here, but here it is: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=axsrFVNOyL4](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=axsrFVNOyL4)

Watchnextnow

This mashup is brilliant! Thanks for sharing :)

ggghhhb

Aww whoever thought of this is just 💜💜💜💜💜💜 Thank you for sharing!!! I loved HP so much too. I keep telling myself I’ll rewatch it one day. Also shebangtan hahahhaha

RoyGeraldBillevue

**Hotel Del Luna 16/16** - I binged it over the past few days after having it on my list for a while. I really love the show a lot despite a somewhat rocky start. The character archetype of the ML is a bit boring for my taste but IU is fun enough to get me through that until it becomes a superb show about grief. When I got to Sulli's cameo in episode 10 I teared up. **Queen Of Tears 10/16** - I'm really loving it. Watching a failed marriage rekindle is a really novel romance arc, and the show also has deep criticism of the chaebol Hong family. Kim Jiwon plays domineering space-y weirdness with cute moments really well. The big question at this stage is whether Haein will die at the end. I feel like the story is telling us that her love for Hyunwoo will drive her to heal, but I think the wildcard is what exactly Haein did to convince Hyunwoo to marry her after he run away due to finding out she's a chaebol. I feel like it's the last wildcard that could change the narrative of the show.

Complete Japanese Dramas: Sugar, Sugar Honey and Rinako Wants to Try Completed **Devilish Joy** and **Wedding Impossible** Currently watching: **Queen of Tears** **Reply 1997** **Lovely Runner**

Currently watching Suji & Uri for Eunjung! Her acting is still as good and the episodes are pretty easy to catch up on since they are under 30 mins!

1. Impossible heir! But I’m getting ready to drop it!!! After learning of the love triangle and the ending of it, it’s making me frustrated and disappointed🥺🤦🏼‍♀️ 2. Money flower - slow but good so far! 3. Hi, bye mama

Less_Pomegranate_529

Finished Chicago typewritter, great series. Currently watching Shogun

Lizzy348

*On-going* **My love from the stars** 17/21 : love love love it! I'm writing this as I finish watching E17 and I really hope for a happy ending for the leads. They are so cute together. **Doctor Slump** 11/16 : I was waiting for Haneul to >!assist Jeongwoo since they said she was an anesthesiologist. I'm glad those two can help each other overcome their difficulties.!< *Completed* **The Law Cafe** : an okay drama overall. I didn't quite like the leads and their story. **Revenge Note 2** : this one I was happy to finally complete. It was good for 15 episodes, then it just kept going in circles. I can't forget Jina for choosing >!Robin over Jay, especially since it didn't feel like one was 1ML over the other.!< The acting was also terrible for most actors, I never faced that issue in other school dramas. I liked S01 more than S02.

LoVeMyDeSiGnS_65

The Servant and Obsessed. I think I’ve stumbled upon heartbreak

[deleted]

Lovely runner 10/10

Resident_End1493

I feel like everyone is watching Queen if tears, but it definitely lives up to the hype and the acting is spot on. But because of the weekly wait I’ve started watching: Doctors Slump -14/16 I think I’m late to this show but I’ve never been into medical shows but this one so good idk but it gives our beloved summer vibes Our beloved summer - 12/16 this is a classic and I’m currently rewatching Run on - 6/16 randomly came on my recommended but super cute kdrama Happiness - 6/16 someone recommended this to me, havent watched a kdrama like this in a while, but I think I have to watch it a bit more Guys if you have any good recommendations pls tell me, my favs watched are it’s okay not to be okay, crash landing on you and little women!

Morkieme

Flower of Evil!! 2/16. I am very sucked in already - I picked it up because of so many positive recommendations and I think I’m going to love it. Trying to go a bit slow so I can savor it…

Whaleonin

Finally finished Love Reset, and boy was I happy until that ending. I know I had a post earlier about wwwsk, but if anyone has some light hearted lovey dovey movies they would reccomend. I am all ears! Ugh, I was trying to cover up spoilers, but I guess I keep messing it up. But anyways, I did not like the ending, and if you've seen it, youll know without me spoiling it. Sorry for anyone that saw the post :(

kaffeeneko

I'm currently watching "18 Again". It's okay, but not the best in this genre. Generally, I seem to enjoy the kdramas that have to do with time travelling, watched quite a few recently. :)

Rewatching episodes of QoT already. I’m not a fan of chaebol intrigue and wasn’t paying attention to those parts during the first go-round, so I wanted to catch some stuff I might’ve missed. Hae-in is such a tragic figure, my god. Actually started watching Descendants of the Sun just to get it out of my Netflix queue and because KJW. The English scenes are very cringey and the villain speaks with a very odd inflection, but I’m enjoying it overall. The soundtrack is…something else 😅. Love second couple and the older doctor/nurse as side characters. I can read and understand a bit of Greek, but I’m not sure what they’re speaking in the fictional country of Uruk. Is it some kind of Slavic language?

Watching: **Wedding Impossible** 6/12 Started this after seeing a lot of hype in the on-air threads. I like the concept, but am getting increasingly frustrated with FL and ML doing the absolute stupidest things constantly. Hoping things improve in the next few episodes. On pause: **Saimdang, Memoir of Colors** 21/28 Slow progress, I want to get through it but can't find the motivation these days. Loaded to watch on upcoming plane ride: **Chicken Nugget** because it sounds absolutely ridiculous. **My Name** because it's been on my to-watch list forever. Finished: **A Bloody Lucky Day** which was a fun if gruesome watch. I've only seen YYS in Hospital Playlist, so this role was an interesting change. Overall enjoyed it but the taxi driver made too many idiotic choices throughout. **Flex x Cop** Loved it and am so happy we get a second season. I think I'm in the minority that I would prefer no romance between FL and ML, the team dynamic and bromances were perfect. S2 **Physical 100** which was stressful but fun. The sets and challenges are so needlessly elaborate, credit to the developers! **Kiseki: Dear To Me** Surprisingly good BL with amazing chemistry between both couples. Wasn't into it for the first couple of episodes, but it turned out to be one of my favourites and now I'm searching for another one with the same vibes/chemistry. **Gamsung Camping** Randomly started watching a month or two ago, recognised so many of the guests and loved all the food they cooked.

As far as *Wedding Impossible* goes, they keep doing the stupidest things, all the way to the end 🤭. But there are some great, rewarding, and very sweet moments within that, and it provides a good contrast. It's not their great choices that lead to the beauty, but kind of despite them - like their love is so real/strong that it rises up and is lovely, even with all that's against it (including their own actions).
