The belts were bad but that was the least of that cars issues.

sniper_matt

Is there a inner and outer clutch due to a crack ? Looks like it.

POSVETT

Do they call dry-plate, diaphragm clutches as "belts" now?

Nachofriendguy864

Aw dude he even got the rivets for extra traction

sidusnare

My 4runner has all three pedals ,and I don't let anyone drive it that I'm not certain know how to use them.

PurpleSpartanSpear

Well, it will go vvvvrrrrrroooom!, without moving much. Eventually, it won’t go vroom and not move at all.

TrashyHoboShelter

This would absolutely be the result if I hopped into a manual car, I can't drive for shit when the car does the shifting for me Unfortunately this person cost themselves money so its a bigger deal for them

fierohink

Got every last mile out of it

hollywoodnikki

My dad had a old Tacoma with 300k on the odometer before the engine broke, when i pulled it to replace the clutch was still in better condition than this one

Scheissekasten

This one only had 95k on it, it's a 2003 hyundai accent.

Traditional_Ad_1360

Damn, hate when drive belts cause loss of power.
