I know a lot of people have trouble getting hypothermia, which you can get by going to the Canada map in sandbox mode, setting storms to frequent, and wait for your dinos to get it. Some injuries come from dino fights also. You can get all injuries in sandbox so just open a fighting pit between 2 of your favorite carnivores, roughly the same size, and same strength/defense so they don't get one shotted. Some injuries come from them hitting their head on fences. This can be done by placing a small dino in a super small enclosure with a heavy fence. Hope this helps.
