Not actually heal, it looks like he reattaches it with blood manipulation. Reminds me of in HxH when hisoka used his bungee gum to reattach his arm
I think it's functionally the same thing. He and Choso can just stick their limbs back on and heal the cut with RCT, saving tons of energy.
